I would recommend Legacy for any and every project. We hired them to redo our kitchen in 2015, and they handled everything perfectly, on time and on budget. Mike Lopez is a consummate professional, and runs a tight ship. The guys on the job were unfailingly prompt, clean, professional, respectful, hardworking and always knowledgeable. We had weekly meetings with Legacy's management and their architect to assess the work done and discuss upcoming stages. Mike and his team were always prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. They communicated with the designer and suppliers and made sure everything happened when and as it was supposed to, despite snow, Baltimore City permitting snafus, etc. Legacy is really an outstanding company to work with, and I actually look forward to our next project with them. I don't think many homeowners say that about their contractors.

Legacy Restoration, Inc. relocated my kitchen to a different room in my 100 year old house which required a complete gutting as well as adding and moving windows, doors and walls. The former kitchen was also gutted and turned into a pantry and wine room. All work was done on time, on budget and to my exact specifications. No delays, change orders and fees, or other issues of any kind. I got a weekly progress report from the owners and daily check ins with the foreman on site. Now I have a fabulous kitchen and pantry ! They are the best.
