At Lentz Kitchen & Bath we highly value our clients, and strive to give them only the highest customer service. We are grateful that a combination of accurate record keeping and capable associates has helped us respond, to the best of our ability, to Ms. Spar's situation that occurred more than three years ago.

Ms. Spar review referenced her kitchen project in October 2014. Upon checking our records, our 2014 appointment files indicate that we measured her kitchen on the afternoon of March 25, 2014. Knowing this date has helped us piece together what may have happened … and we can only think the following had something to do with this unfortunate situation.

Each year, Lentz Kitchen & Bath participates in two major events that take place between mid-March and early April. The first is our county’s annual Home & Garden Show. The second is a Cooking Show that benefits our county food bank, for which we are the major sponsor. During that time in 2014, we were also in the midst of a 3,000 square foot showroom expansion and remodel.

We can only determine that Ms. Spar’s estimate may have been overlooked in the whirlwind of additional responsibilities that our designers took on during that timeframe. We are sincerely sorry for this unfortunate situation, and hope that she will consider us for future projects in her home.

ADDENDUM: After posting this comment, we researched our records even further and found that our designer did indeed create a physical job folder, and did an estimate for this customer. It is perplexing that we would take the time to get bids from our suppliers, draw up an estimate, and not share that information with the customer. However, with it having occurred so long ago, we simply cannot figure out what may have happened, and certainly do not want to assume anything that may not be factual.
