Leslie was amazing! Everything from the initial consult, sending us design boards, and keeping us up to date on shipping and status was professional and prompt. Leslie truly took the time to get to know us, our style, and what we envisioned for our space- and stuck within budget! We had a small design project, but we were still treated as a valued customer. I 100% will hire Mindful Design for future interior design projects!

Lisa did a fabulous job planning and executing our remodel. She and her staff are meticulous with details and kept us apprised of how everything was going. I have worked with many interior decorators and design teams on jobs from simple bathroom remodels to $32M new homes. Throughout all of my years in the business, Lisa Moore has been in my opinion the best person to work with. I have seen her transform simple into beautiful on tight budgets. I have seen full transformations happen without blowing the customers budget. She has an amazing eye for detail. I enjoy working on projects with Lisa. I hired Mindful Design to assist with the renovation of three full baths, complete interior repainting, installation of flooring, and selection of furniture, rugs and window treatments for a house my husband and I purchased in an older section of Caughlin Ranch in Reno. Lisa Moore at Mindful Design identified contractors to bid on the necessary renovations, flooring installation and window treatments. Due to Lisa's relationships with local contractors, I was able to start and complete the renovations quickly, at a time when several of my neighbors mentioned that they had been unable to schedule work they wanted done at their homes. The contractors all honored their bids and took care of the inevitable problems requiring additional work that cropped up along the way. Any issues, Lisa resolved with the contractors or vendors, and everything was done to my complete satisfaction and delight. In addition to overseeing the renovations and installation of flooring and new window treatments, Lisa provided complete color and design advice, including selection of interior wall and ceiling paint, tile, granite countertops, mirrors, lighting, all other fixtures, furnishings, and assistance with placement of existing furniture and art work. We agreed on budgets for all the work, and Lisa stuck to them all. I can't say enough what a delight it has been to work with Lisa and her wonderful staff. I could never have achieved results like this, within my budget and in a reasonable amount of time, had I tried to tackle this project on my own.

I worked with Leslie Pence on a kitchen and living room remodel over the course of several months in 2021-2022. She was incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout many construction challenges, highly responsive and thorough, and listened to my vision.
