Lisa typically starts from scratch by removing the kitchen, bathrooms, base and crown, accoustic ceilings, windows and many times the roof. She spends time redesigning the layout of the home so that it is functional, sensible and so that the living room, family room, kitchen and dining room are open and have an inviting feeling.
