We were so fortunate to have worked with Lisa. She decorated our home paying specific attention to every element in each room. She was meticulous when choosing colors and complementing textures to a given room. Every room felt balanced due to her care and creativity. Lisa understood our needs and took into consideration our style. She was always available to help and answer questions throughout the project. She approached the project using her expertise and made sure that every detail was completed unparalleled.

I have loved working with Lisa. She helped with the complete re-design/re-build of my kitchen, as well as designs for my dining room, living room, and sunroom in my new home. All look fabulous and I get so many compliments. The perfect mix of trendy and timeless. I love how my house has been transformed with her guiding hand, and especially love to show the "before/after" of my house so people can really see the difference that she made. Aside from the main rooms, she has great taste and gave me other quick tips that made a huge difference in other rooms of the house as well-- honestly a steal! She is also personable and fun and made the process so seamless. I definitely recommend her services.

We chose Lily Mae Design after looking at SO MANY photos on houzz and we honestly loved every photo of every room in Lily Mae Design's portfolio. We worked with Lisa Puchalla on our Family Room, Living Room, Powder Room and Primary Bedroom. Our projects involved furniture, carpeting, lighting, pillows, art work, window treatments, wallpaper and paint colors. We are thrilled with the results. Lisa was amazingly collaborative and creative in her solutions. Sometimes we were very decisive and sometimes we were not. But we always felt confident in the guidance and direction provided by Lisa. Some things we were more value oriented than others. Lisa had options for us to consider across many price points. Further all the purveyors involved were great - high quality, considerate, etc. We will likely work with Lily Mae Design again in the future. Highly recommend!

Lisa Puchalla of Lily Mae Design was fantastic to work with. She recently helped us completely re-do our family room, and we also worked with her on light fixture selection and rug/runner selection in other parts of our house. Lisa caught on almost immediately to my style, and was able to source items for us that fit my taste but were much more elevated and stylish than anything I would have ever found on my own. Once I'd narrowed down Lisa's suggestions to just two or three items, I'd often take Lisa's lead on the final choice and she never led me astray! Lisa was always responsive, stayed within our budget, and best of all, she made the entire process very fun and I always looked forward to her visits!

I've worked with Lisa on several projects-- family room, formal living room, master bedroom, outdoor patio furniture. She was an excellent listener, brought me great ideas I would have never come up with on my own, worked within my budget, and was infinitely patient in working around our busy family schedule. Also, I LOVE how the house looks - very clean and elegant yet welcoming. She worked in our art and other "treasures" that we've acquired over the years beautifully. I highly recommend Lisa and will work with her again in the future!

Lisa is absolutely amazing, I CANNOT recommend her enough! She listens, pays close attention to detail, and is beyond brilliant when it comes to design. I truly would not be able to complete projects on my own without her, she has been the foundation of making things work cohesively. She also responds/communicates and gets everything done with lightning speed. You won't find someone more talented, hard working, kind, and overall wonderful. 10/10 recommend! Lisa is a gem. I love Lily Mae! I have worked with Lisa at Lily Mae for years. She brings a creative eye to every project - big or small. She does a beautiful job making each room feel elevated but cozy. I love the way Lisa can incorporate my favorite pieces into a design but with a fresh look and feel. The new pieces and finishes that she adds always feel chic yet timeless. Lisa is easy to work with - prompt, responsive and fun.

Lisa helped me with choosing carpets, framing and placing art, and with some lighting and furniture throughout the main floor of my home. Each of these items involved repeated trips that Lisa happily made to my home with samples, and she was always on time to the minute! Or if I had a follow up question she was very prompt at returning emails, texts, or phone calls. Lisa's positive attitude, and accommodating manner put me at complete ease. She is relaxed and patient when I am making a decision, but if I want her opinion or choice, she is quick and decisive and while she is always respectful of my style, her taste is impeccable!

My job was not big, but it was difficult. Our home needed an update and refresh – however my husband and I wanted to keep a lot of the furniture and carpets we love. Lisa was able to navigate around the hurdles we put in front of her and recreate our home with updated fabric, colors, lighting …. The list goes one. Every day I walk into my home and smile. Her patience was appreciated, and her prompt turn time on answering questions and getting professionals into the house for measurements and work was unprecedented in this industry. A clear sign that she has trustworthy and devoted support who enjoy working with her as well. I would and will continue to reach out to Lisa on all future projects in our home.

Lisa is so talented, responsive, and thoughtful. It was a true pleasure working with her and the result was amazing. Lisa helped us design our main living space while we were still living 3000 miles away and her willingness to help us each step of the way allowed us to move into a beautiful space. We are so grateful for all of her guidance. She really listens to what her clients want and provides excellent suggestions that help make your vision reality. When I envisioned what our new townhouse would look like I couldn't imagine it would come to fruition. The interior designer I had worked with for many years had retired and I had to find someone new. I mentioned this to one of the tradespeople I was working with. He suggested I call Lisa Puchalla. of Lily Mae Design, he said I wouldn't be sorry. Well, he was right. Lisa turned what I envisioned into reality. She is down to earth and a joy to work with. She has the ability to really listen. From the start, Lisa asked the right questions, heard what I wanted, and always showed up with a number of wonderful choices for each area of our home. She left no stone unturned and attended to every detail. The result is spectacular. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
