Our house was on the market for approximately 40 days with zero offers (and lots of showings). We hired Laurie to stage our house to increase sale appeal. She did a tremendous job and is incredibly talented. After her staging, we had two offers within 3 days and sold our home.

I met Laurie 14 years ago when we decided to build our first home. She was working at the time for the Builder. She guided all of the new home buyers through the process of selecting everything from the exterior siding to the faucets for the sinks. I came to our appointments with wallpaper samples, pictures of special furnature pieces and various art work that I wanted to incorporate. She was very helpful with helping me to narrow down the choices that complemented our style. She had a knack for being able to keep us focused and at times guiding my spouse, who was a bit interior challenged, to selections that we both could agree. Over the years, whenever I had a new interior decorating project - we upgraded the kitchen, replaced living room furniture, new window covering, interior paint, etc. , she has been there to help hire contractors or offer a final opinion. Laurie is very professional, knowledgeable in her field, has great contacts and is there to help you create your dream home.
