This is the 2nd time we've engaged LOTI for project. The current project involved painting (5 rooms), carpentry, and removal of unused baseboard heating. I would highly recommend Loti Contracting to anyone and everyone. We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.

Ronan and team were absolutely wonderful. Pricing for the work was extremely reasonable as compared to other quotes I received. They were thorough with their work, ensured my house was spotless every evening before they left, and made sure I was constantly kept up to date on what was being worked on. They were very extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be using their services again on my next home renovation project.

Ronan and his crew and sub contractors were great, start to finish, throughout the entire 6 month process. Ronan transformed our closed off dark kitchen into an amazing open and inviting space. Even when he personally was not on site, he was easy to get a hold of and he really made our dream space into reality. We highly recommend.
