Louise Pascale, Willow Design Group

I highly recommend Louise and her crew for design, remodel and build projects. Louise did a ton of work for our family home. They 1) reinvented our small kitchen, doing a total gut and remodel, closing useless doorways, allowing for more counter and pantry space as well as a double wall oven, 2) opened up walls original to our 1936 house so that we had more use of our space, 3) closed a window and built an entertainment/cabinet wall, 4) remodeled 2 bathrooms, a full and a half, 5) added main floor hardwood, and 6) Put in a bar wall in our sunroom. With all the work that was done in our house from about September to February, we gained a close relationship with Louise, Bill and their crew. I can honestly say that the team was always attentive to detail, making sure woods matched, tile was set right, trim flowed, and wanted to make sure the things they were doing met our vision. They worked generally an 8-3:30 schedule, and were there everyday M-F. This worked for us with everyone getting ready for school/work in the mornings and getting home soon after in the late afternoon. Louise was always on top of communications, which really puts her a head above the rest. We had no big increases in price, except for legitimate change orders, like electrical and venting issues uncovered. Overall, I would say give Louise a call for projects big and small to see what she can do for you!

Willow Design group have been amazing. They started with listening to what we were looking for, working through options and open to feedback and incorporating our ideas. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful- they were always there to answer questions, addressed any concerns, and were always professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Louise and her crew!

Louise has worked on multiple projects for us and is always responsive and gives great suggestions. She takes our requests into account and is very good about guiding us away from anything that won't work. :) The designs are thoughtful and try to consider all possibilities and aspects of the room's usage.

We absolutely LOVE the kitchen Louise designed for us. She listened closely to my quite lengthy list of wishes and somehow managed to fit them all in the space we had. She encouraged me to consider design options outside of my comfort zone, and we love them! Bill, Ed, and Brian were extremely respectful of our home as they completed the work. We are head over heels in love with our kitchen that Louise and the Willow Design Group did for us. Highly recommend Louise for any design needs. Louise did an excellent job guiding us thru our bathroom remodel. As our interior designer and contractor she was there for us every step of the way. She listened to what we wanted and helped us put together the perfect bathroom. She was happy to bring samples to the home and helped us select every single material used, from tiles to hardware to lighting and more. She made the entire process stress free. Willow designs did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom. Living in an older house I wanted modern things with that old homey feel. This group was able to deliver a great fit for my home. The best part was they brought the samples to the house!

I highly recommend Louise Pascale of Willow Design Group! We worked with her on a large addition project for our 85+ year-old stone home; specifically working with her on combining our former kitchen and dining room into one large, beautiful and functional kitchen, adding a new first floor bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and flooring selection for a lower mudroom. Very professional, diligent and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with Louise Pascale. She was the first designer that we interviewed. After talking to three others, we came back to the Willow Design Group because no one else had the vision for our kitchen space that met the functional and aesthetic qualities we were looking to achieve . She helped us every step of the way. She even worked with contractors that we hired directly to ensure that the design was completed as specified despite having no contractual obligation to do such. I enjoyed working with Louise and Willow design group. She understood my vision for my kitchen remodel and was very detail oriented. I was very impressed with all her suggestions that clearly showed great thought on kitchen layout. The construction went went well and they were very accommodating when I changed plans last minute. Even though I was living in a construction zone with two small children, they made it as easy as possible. In the end, I am very happy with how my remodel turned out and love my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.
