Design Ideas were good. The project management service was not good at all. Many of the tradesmen brought in were sub-standard, especially in the cabinetry/kitchen work, which we are going to completely replace it is so bad. Still finding many mistakes and errors that were covered up, and still paying to have them fixed several years after completion. Project was over-budget, over-time, and the quality was just not there. Paige was great, would not work with anyone else from LuxWest again. Update 19 OCT 2020: Just included some pics of another horrible piece of work completed by LuxWest's contractor. At about 9:30 at night the mirror in my daughter's bathroom came crashing off the wall. The mirror is almost 50lbs., and would have severely injured or killed a child had it landed on them. After hearing a massive crash and rushing into the bathroom, thinking that my 2YO daughter had somehow managed to pull something off the wall, I instead found that a 50lb. mirror had been mounted to the wall with nothing more than epoxy. That's right, no anchors, no screws, no brackets. Epoxy ONLY: A 50 lb. mirror. I can only say that I am furious, and if anyone had been in the bathroom when this occurred, we would be having a very different conversation. Another example of the complete lack of competence of LuxWest, their contractors, and their supervisors. DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I have been doing business with Lux West Interiors for years from purchasing accessories, furniture reupholstery, to home design. If you just need a new fabric facelift for furniture or pillows or you need to do a bath or home renovation, Lux West would do a fantastic job. Barbara also has a lot of experience with staging a home and has a great eye for color. Barbara and Paige make a great team and have the ability to design a bath or a full house renovation. I have always been pleased with the final result.

Barbara MacIntire and her team were wonderful to work with! I had a two bed room, two bathroom condo complete remodel that they managed all the details through out the project. This is a second home and I did not feel like I had to be here to over see anything since I knew I was in good hands. Everything turned out perfect!
