Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence

Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence just installed a privacy fence in our backyard with was a 6 foot fence, gray vinyl panels, with white trim. The fence was just perfect and it has enhanced the privacy of our backyard. The work crew of approximately 5 people installed the fence in a day with a double gate. The crew also boxed the fence around the trunk of a very large tree as not to injure it in any way. The crew was polite, efficient and meticulous in their detail to make sure the fence was installed properly. The quality of the vinyl fencing used was a much higher quality and a much better price than the other four estimates I received. I was very pleased with Mid-Atlantic Deck and Fence. This is the second time in 10 years that I used this company. The first was for the installation of a white vinyl picket fence in the front of my house along the road. My privacy fence was damaged due to a storm, so I reached out to several companies for an estimate. Due to the cost, I filed a claim with my insurance company. Mid-Atlantic was prompt in their response and went to my residence and measured the fence. The employee contacted me regarding the measurement and my insurance companys decision. The insurance company had not assessed the damage and were arriving the following week. The employee insisted he should be there during the assessment. I told the employee that was not nescessary because he already measured the fence, I just needed an estimate. The following week the employee arrived to my residence before the insurance company arrived and proceeded to measure the fence again. The insurance adjustor arrived and the employee bullied their way into the conversation, handed over their business card, and asked the adjustor for their business card and claim number. The employee obtained the information and left. Mid-Atlantic sumitted their estimate which was $4,000 less than the other estimates I received. (I'm not complaining about the price, but how Mid-Atlantic conducts their business. I should be the one to choose who I want to do the job, not the contractor.) Obviously, the insurance company liked the low price and cut me a check; however, I have a high deductible and I never received a call from Mid-Atlantic. I even went to their main office to look at other options and I was told I would receive a call, and yet again, nothing. It's been 4 weeks!

20 years ago we had Mid-Atlantic fence install a country fence for us. Now 20 years later when the fence needed replacing they installed a beautiful white picket fence. They are reliable, professional, on time and within budget.

Our fence looks so good!! Eric and his team were great. They were efficient and did a great job. They were very neat. I didn't realize it was so labor intensive but they worked so well together. Got the whole fence up in a day and a half. Only needed to be there at the beginning of the first day for instructions. I am glad I went with Mid-Atlantic!!

I called Mid-Atlantic to get my yard fenced in. The fence turned out great and the team was easy to work with. The plan was modified last minute to my neighbors property line, but it was no problem for them to make the necessary changes and get the job done. It was completed in one day which was impressive for the amount of fence they installed (142ft).

I had an aluminum fence installed and the company was very professional from beginning to end. Prices were competitive with Longfence but without the several week wait time and they had more friendly and personal service. Fence was installed within 3 weeks after placing my order and only took one day. Looks great and appears to be excellent quality.

These guys were great! They took care of the permitting, they matched our fence to the neighbors fence seamlessly and they were just super nice- very professional to work with. Multiple people were taking care of us… so if we needed anything, there was always someone to talk to about any of our questions, concerns or progress on permitting. Highly recommended… so much in fact, I sent another referral to them within the same month! I will recommend them to every client of mine that needs a deck or fence put in!

We are completely satisfied and love our new cedar fence. It is a 6 foot vertical dip wyngate style and we paid a little extra for all 6 inch posts which make the fence look fantastic. We have received many compliments from our neighbors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to answer all of our questions. The install was completed on time and without issue. It was obvious the crew were experienced and knew their craft. A great job by Mid-Atlantic and for a very competitive price.

Bruce did a great job replacing the gates on my fence. He was very professional and provided quality service. The new gates look great.

Needed to do some repair work on a house we were buying. The railings on the upper deck were pretty wobbly and the structural support on part of the lower deck was compromised. Worked with Jeff just before he moved over to the commercial division. He came out the first time after we received the home inspection report because I wanted a professional opinion on the condition of the decks. There's a whole lot of deck going on in my back yard. He walked me through while he did a thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. He provided me a detailed proposal. His crew followed through with expert craftsmanship and left if looking beautiful. We will be replacing sections of fencing, sets of stairs and, eventually, portions of the decks at a time as budget allows. I expect this to be a long, drawn out project. I can't tell you when it will be finished, but I can tell you who will be doing it. I love it when I find a business that I feel confident I can trust. Better still, one I can confidently recommend, on my word, that will treat you fairly and do excellent work. I won't use anyone else. Ever.

Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement.
