Mr. Yekta was a very skilled Workman. He fixed the drywall of my ceiling. The plumber left a large hole as a result of fixing a leaking pipe. The repair looks good. He also did a good job cleaning up I plan to use him ago.

Houman went above and beyond in helping us open our modern fast casual restaurant. Our budget did not allow for us to afford an interior designer. Houman stepped in as an interior designer along with the construction of our interiors. His ideas and execution were amazing and he is fluent in engineering softwares such as AutoCAD. We couldnt have done the design so well without him. SoIt was very big remodeling and interior construction and he finished all minor and major parts of project himself with his team. We had a tight deadline and Houman is the type of a contractor that wont mind working long nights and weekends. He worked around the clock to get us to opening day. The day before opening, late night we had a plumbing issue. Houman went out of his way, and came late night to fix our plumbing issue! Thanks a lot Houman! We are thankful! Houman is very organized, professional and courteous on site. If you are looking for a trustable contractor I highly recomend him! From his Proposal paper work till the finishing touches, everything Houman did for us is extraordinary! We will work around his schedule for our next restaurant opening.

Firstly, let me say how pleased I am by hiring Houman. He not only did a perfect job but, he gave me reasonable pricing. He was well mannered and quick. He did the whole job by himself and his team. He remodeled my entire two story house. Majority of the project he did was removing two interior walls, making open spaces between my living room, and kitchen and relocated wires. He fully painted the interior, added recessed lightening to 5 bedrooms and the living rooms as things. I was impressed he was prepared for this major project and was super clean. I was given a good proposal before the project using engineering well as the kitchen and ceiling fan. He renovated three full bathrooms, upgraded my electrical panel and over hundreds of outlets and switches and several other attached it to the wall on the first day of the project and majority of the plan was done according to what we discussed with a few minor tweaks. I'm glad I blueprints. He was able to change discrepancies immediately before we started. I believe Autocad was the software he used. He printed a copy of the plan and chose to use him and his team for my house. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to someone else with housing needs.

Had a problem with my breaker box. Houman was quick to respond and set up an appointment. Arrived on time was able to ascertain and correct the problem. Very professional and he to managed to fix a secondary problem with an electrical switch while he was here.

We hired Houman to hang our deck lights and he did an outstanding, professional job within budget (very reasonable) and quickly. I'd hire him again for any home projects.
