We worked very closely with them throughout our project and they were always available to answer questions and offer assistance. As first time homebuilders we invested in very specific and detailed house plans but also relied on M&M's construction experience to offer advice and alternative suggestions as needed. My home was built by Martin and Malkemus . it was a model home so I did not make any decisions with design or materials. The materials used on my home are of excellent quality, interior and exterior doors are solid. The finishes inside are very well done with a lot of wood paneling boards . The interior decorator did a great job. Home is well insulated . I highly recommend Martin and Malkemus as builders and I knew of their excellent reputation prior to buying.
