Converted carport to master bedroom, laundry, and storage closet. Also converted old master bedroom to master bath with custom shower, double sink vanity, linen closet and toilet area with pocket door closure. Everything went as planned. Love the results! Gave Mark a lot of design freedom. He and his wife have a great eye for what works. I especially like his tile work. The custom shower he created is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Mark O'Connor for any home project you have in mind!

I had hired Mark ( O'Connor Construction) to construct my deck. So far anyone who has seen my new deck has nothing but asking "Who has done this terrific work ?" He built the deck as if he was building it for himself. He completed the work two days before his committed deadline just because I was expecting some guest at home. He has very good choice of lumber selection. I haven't see that kind of lumber available in normal stores. He would provide regular updates on how the project is shaping up and how we can do better work in less cost. To summaries in a few words: Extremely honest, very hardworking and professional and best solution provider in most reasonable cost.

Mark is a craftsman, who can and will do almost anything building related. From repairing a toilet, to laying a floor to, remodeling a kitchen into a gathering place for friends and family. He vision for the final product is exceptional. I have been using Mark O'Connor, for over 13 years, on my personal home as well as my rental properties. I have recommended him to many other property owners and property management, groups.

I would HIGHLY recommend Mark's work! His professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. He has done two major projects for us, and both times was able to brilliantly adjust on-the-fly and overcome some significant obstacles left behind by the original builders. Unlike some other contractors, Mark gets the job done in a timely fashion and does not leave you hanging. Mark re-built our front portico and did an impressive job on the railings, the new supports and new facings. It really made the front of our house sparkle. And, the job he did on our new kitchen hardwood flooring is worthy of a photo-shoot in Homes & Gardens Magazine! All of the above, AND his pricing is very reasonable.
