Excellent Builder… Thank You Jim Stiltner for building our dream retirement home. Cory and Nick were amazing to work with during the entire process making it an enjoyable experience. And a special thank you to Dre for making all of the design appointments and assisting us with all the details in making the home magnificent. Going into building a home we worried that it was going to be a stressful and challenging experience. Our experience was the opposite of what we first expected. It was fun and exciting to see our home transform into exactly what we wanted. Masterbilt’s team is very professional and works with you throughout the entire project from design, construction, custom details, and through final walkthrough. Thank you all for making our dream home come true.

MasterBilt Homes did an excellent job building our home! They made our dream possible on design, placement of our home on our lot, and a construction loan that worked out well for us. They were very professional in both construction and communication with us throughout the process. They were also very fair and workable if changes were needed. It was a pleasure to be associated with Jim and Andrea throughout the project. MasterBilt offered a home warranty that they followed through on, and everything on our home is in great condition almost two years later! A professional team that fulfills dreams. Jim and Clark are the best team for building a home that is guaranteed to exceed your expectations!! The home they built us is a true piece of art—even the electric and water lines! And they won’t BS you on the price. They have the best contacts with the most honest contractors around. Jim will pull every detail of your dream out and make it a reality!! Clark’s plans are detailed and he thinks of everything. Everything is neat and tidy. I am so happy I ended up with Masterbilt. Quality is superior compared to other builders I have looked at. I’ve have at least 10 people stop at my house to ask who built it because they loved the look of the house. I would highly recommend Masterbilt. Great team to work with.

We LOVE our house and MasterBilt Homes is sooooo easy to work with. Their finishes are up scale, the contractor leads are so nice and knowledgeable, and you get a custom home without the custom price!!

We had a wonderful experience building our first custom home with Jim and the rest of the MasterBilt team!!! Having never built before, we were a little overwhelmed with the whole process, but Jim was super patient and guided us along the way with all our important design decisions. He was flexible, efficient and always strived to keep us on budget but most importantly, made sure we were happy with whatever choices were made. We ended up with a beautiful custom built home that was exactly what we envisioned. We highly recommend MasterBilt Homes to anyone who is in the market for a custom built home!
