Within the past five-six years I have become well acquainted with the outstanding, professional and trustworthy workmanship the Masters Properties provide. My husband and I planned an additional sunroom with wrap around deck to our home, but he passed away before we started . Unfortunately, the contractor I trustingly hired was notoriously dishonest which became evident with the home inspection's complete failure. Mr. Jon Potter and his Masters team stepped in and totally demolished/hauled away prior project and fully completed the sunroom w/surrounding deck, within months (June - September). During this whole work phase (from secretary to roofer), I could not have been treated more respectfully, kind and professional. Last fall (2024), I had Masters Properties redo my kitchen counter-tops and backsplash - again it was done with their excellence in professional knowledge, workmanship and a caring attitude toward their clients. Most recently (June 2025), I unexpectedly experience a 3:00 a.m. flood in my home due to a broken commode pipe in the master bathroom My attempt shutting off valves on the commode and main line failed and in near (actually total) panic, I called Mr. Potter around 7:00 a.m. and he calmly assured me it will be taken care of. Within those few hours, the water damage to carpet and hardwood flooring was unbelievable and heart wrenching. Again, Jon Potter's Masters team brought their unending workmanship knowledge and I can rest assuredly that my home is free of mold and other water related devastating problems. I had the damaged water-logged carpet in the master bedroom and walk-in-closet replaced with wood flooring and it's astounding, so may consider wood flooring in guest bedrooms on the other side of my home. I do have a Five-Star Masters Team in mind. Thank you.

Working with Jon, Karin and the Masters Properties team was a wonderful experience. They built for us a beautiful custom home with top-quality construction - delivered on budget and on schedule. Their attention to detail was amazing. Dealing with individuals who possess such high standards, integrity, honesty and caring is a rare find. We are delighted with our new home, and we could not imagine a more positive building journey.

When we first contacted Jon at Masters Properties, we had just moved to North Carolina from California. We needed a reliable contractor who could remodel our home to meet our specific needs on a tight schedule while we lived in the house. Jon and his subcontractors were ready willing and able to take on our project. Since time was of the essence, Jon prepared an aggressive schedule that started September 1st and had our house ready for the furniture delivery on December 12th. Each week a different team of subcontractors attacked a different part of the project. While we cannot recommend living in a house while it is under construction, Jon's team made every effort to keep us comfortable and functioning. Despite having to work around us, Jon's team completed the project on time and within the project budget. Jon is an honest and hardworking contractor who will do his best to complete any project to the best of his ability.
