As we've made upgrades, it's been important to us to take advantage of modern materials and building standards while still preserving the original character of the home. MBA Builders came to us at the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law who had a great experience with them on the renovation of their home. We added on an addition to a historic home that turned out to be complex in almost every aspect. Allen and team put our design to life and worked through a lot of unknowns when COVID hit and our house was under construction. We were able to work collaboratively with MBA and our architect through the project and received prompt responses on items we had questions about. The best thing was seeing a detailed line by line proposal by division that made it very clear what assumptions were carried in our budget. Would highly recommend them.
