We are Akin Design Studio, a husband and wife design team. This is what brought us together in college, and we've enjoyed working side by side ever since. We are deeply passionate about design and its ability to improve our lives. That is why we design. We enjoy helping others visualize and create the lives they have always imagined for themselves. We believe that every home should be as unique as the people living inside. Every individual has one-of-a-kind needs and should have a home capable of meeting those needs, one that inspires you. A mix of quality custom design from talented local craftsman and tried and true pieces from our favorite vendors will ensure that your space is unique, genuine and functional. Our education receiving bachelor's degrees in interior design, our travels to Europe studying design and architecture, and our experience in mid to high-end residential remodels and new-builds have molded us into the designers we are today. We specialize in fresh, collected spaces both classic and contemporary, spaces that fit your personality and inspire you everyday.
