Sarah did a terrific job for us. We had a complete renovation done for our condo in Bachelor Gulch Colorado. She shared her vision for the redesign and gave us several alternative iterations for us to consider. She spent a lot of time with us to understand our objectives for the look and functionality of our new space. She also is conscientious about quality and good value for money. Sarah delivered the project ahead of our challenging schedule and on budget as well. We are thrilled with the outcome of the redesign and highly recommend her without any reservation.

Sarah McCoy is a true artist. She took our very dated rental property in Vail and turned it into a showcase for the condominium's management company and a potential future second home for us. She was involved from day one on the following: designing the removal of walls; replacement of stone on fireplaces and replacement of tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen; addition of ceiling beams and ceiling LED lighting; closet reconstruction; paint colors; new carpets; and all new furniture. She is a delight to work with and we look forward to working with her again on our next project. We highly recommend McCoy Design Firm.

Sarah McCoy was the designer on a full home project which she accomplished for my husband and myself in 2005….We were delighted with the outcome. The house was a mountain home with some Arts and Crafts elements. Sarah, attentive to our tastes in design and color, came up with a plan which included some change in architecture, staining of wood beams, selection of wall colors, selection of furnishings and furniture (a unique cocktail table which she herself designed and had fabricated) and entry door frame for the Master Bedroom (another Sarah McCoy design). Our Master Bedroom can actually be seen on-line. She had the pieces especially sized and designed for the room and chose the finishes… Sarah found some outstanding fabrics for dining chairs, draperies in Dining Room, Family room, all bedrooms,(4), as well as complementary duvet coverlets and pillows. This was a large project…In addition Sarah has a unique attention to details…finding specialty finishes for these draperies, pillows etc…She also helped us frame and mat some of our treasured prints, and was there on hand to place a number of works of art. Sarah works untiringly and with commitment to the project at hand.. She can be counted upon to keep to the schedule and to respond to any concerns and requests and to be resilient and creative if problems should arise. Sarah also has a cadre of fine workers, handymen, furniture movers etc. on hand for further service. Although the project was mostly completed by 2006, she continues to be supportive of any needs that might arise…she will be your ally and friend. I cannot but give her the most stars that this program of Houzz allows, and without reservation.

I hired Sarah McCoy for a redesign of my mountain house. She is a pleasure to work with and has tremendous talent in color, space and design concepts. She works independently and gets the job done seamlessly. She works well with contractors and subs. Her fee arrangements are the best I have ever experienced in the business.

McCoy Design presented several excellent design options based on getting a good understanding of our personal style choices. Key for our project was sourcing numerous unique hard to find design and construction elements, Sarah really knows the market and all the best places to source these unique elements. When we didn't find key elements, Sarah was the first to roll up her sleeves and make it herself (for example: Leather panels wainscot, new fireplace design, etc.). Sarah gained much of this experience through successfully serving client with her own retail / wholesale interior design business for many years.
