I would like to explain the situations Mr. Gaffney is referring about.

First, I was and still am truly sorry for the situations that came about. there was communication through emails, text and in person. There was also compensation that was given.

the mis-measured wall was not a mismeasure. I replaced cabinet sizes with cabinet sizes. There was a bow in the wall that made the cabinet stick into the casing. Upright Designs consulted with his contractor on this situation a few times, on the phone and in field. Upright Designs let them know I can replace the end cabinet with a smaller cabinet. With it being a 3/8" off They stated they are just going to use a smaller casing around the doorway.

The trim that is stated was ordered the wrong color for one bathroom and the laundry room. The kitchen was ordered correctly. I ordered the added trim for the laundry room in the kitchen. This was replaced and ordered as a rush.

the last statement made about never stepping foot into the home after cabinets were ordered. Upright Designs met the delivery driver at the house along with two other supplied unloaders. UpRight Designs has to sign for every delivery in person. This is where we discovered the missing cabinet. UpRight Designs looked into the matter everything on our end was signed and submitted. My cabinet line after my approval, as this was a custom-made cabinet, and the process is ordered separately from the other cabinets did not submit to manufacturing. This was corrected and communicated to the contractor and homeowner.

I dropped off hardware to his job site, along with the trim and the custom cabinet. I spoke to the contractor in person. I also communicated through emails and text messages throughout the process.
