Merrimack Stone did an excellent job with our granite counters. We decided to use remnant pieces, to keep our costs down. And Georgina and Jimmy were able to help us find and choose Summer Beach remnants that would go well with our hickory cabinets. They let us come in to develop a layout that would minimize the number of seams (only one) and the cut points that would allow the seam to blend in. In addition, the templater (Itamar) and the installer (Tiago) were very professional, on-time, courteous, and friendly. We enjoyed working with the entire Merrimack Stone team! Their prices were very competitive, with excellent service.

Merrimack stone had fabricated and installed granite counter tops for our kitchen remodel which we had done several years back. They had done an excellent job back then. So when we decided to remodel our master bathroom it was a no brainer of going back to them. Traditionally porcelain tiles are a very common resource for use on shower walls. They come in various sizes exposing grout lines when finished. And we were looking for something unique and different and grandiose with minimum or no exposed grout lines on bathroom walls when completed. This is where Merrimack Stone and especially Alex stepped up and came up with a creative alternative to the boring tle look. He recommended Currava which was the answer to what we were looking for. Currava has the same porcelain qualities but comes as a single huge slab hence on completion their are no grout lines and is seamless. The look is awesome. Alex and his team member Dan did an amazing job from project commencement to completion. They made sure all the details were covered especially the finer ones. Both of them went above and beyond our unrealistic expectations. The end result was fantastic and my wife and I are extremely happy. Would certainly recommend Alex and hi team in a heartbeat.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fair. Excellent craftsmanship in layout (computer modeling) cutting, polishing and installation. Installation crew was superb. Large indoor show room. A family run business, they follow up after installation to assure customer is satisfied. The best I found.

This was my first major kitchen renovation, so I had to find a stone contractor on the internet for my countertops. I spoke with several companies, and found Merrimack very easy and friendly to work with. They were very clear with expectations and timing right up front. The turnaround time from measurement to install was faster than other companies by over a week. The installation people were polite and friendly when they came to measure. There was one minor issue during installation with a corner by the wall not lining up perfectly. I contacted Merrimack stone and the installation team was back on site within 2 days to correct the issue. We are absolutely thrilled with our new counters and would recommend Merrimack to anyone looking for a stone counter top.

What a great experience interacting with Merrimack Stone from the exploration of their products to the last day of install for our home project. Merrimack Stone’s staff displayed exceptional professionalism, patience and detailed orientation. After the initial quote my wife changed the Curava color. They displayed patience and understanding and had no troubles recreating the quote. They continued to show tremendous patience when the sink was delayed due to another vendor’s complications. They accommodated our revised schedule without hesitation. The installers exhibited their attention to detail when they were not satisfied with the 1st joint and redid it. We were most impressed during the install follow up. Dan showed up expecting to only be there for a short time, instead it was doubled. He wanted to make sure all imperfections were addressed and resolved. Dan’s attention to detail was admirable and his friendly demeanor was appreciated. I will definitely utilize Merrimack Stone again if the need arises.

We had our kitchen granite countertops and island installed by Merrimack Stone. The individual who came to make the template was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone we dealt with at Merrimack Stone was nice, easy to work with and very accommodating . They were prompt with the appointments and the work was done within the estimated time. The workmanship was exceptional. We would highly recommend Merrimack Stone.

We love our granite countertops! They did an excellent job. The decision from the onset was so difficult. They answered all our questions and after several trips to the granite warehouses, we decided on the granite we wanted. We could not have decided on our own. We did not want any seams and this was a challenge due to a very small kitchen area but they made it work. They do their upmost best to give you what you want. We requested to view the granite with the template from our kitchen so we could decide how we wanted the layout. They were receptive to our every need. I have cleaned houses all my life and have seen granite countertops with pits and many imperfections. Their workmanship exceeds anything I have seen before. Our granite countertop is smooth and beautiful. The delivery was a little rough but I have made a complaint and it has been addressed. Like I said, they are awesome!

Excellent-The installers sent to my home for my Kitchen project were highly professional, courteous and on time. The install was done in less than half a day and I have no complaints.

Great team to work with. Lots of remnant choices for our guest bathroom upgrade. Template and installation appointments arrived on time, with a call 20 minutes before arrival. Quality of stone and workmanship is very good.

We looked around for a countertop and, after looking at choices, price, and comfort level with them, chose Merri Stone. They were very nice to work with. Professional, responsive to emails and calls. The guys who contracted with them to do the actual installation were the same: careful, pleasant to work with. Respectful of our kitchen, surroundings, etc. Responsive to a question we had after they were gone. Would definitely get another countertop from Merrimack Stone and also use the same installers.
