Mark made a lot of promises and was poorly organized, days would go by where nobody would show up as scheduled. Have since had to have parts of the patio redone, drainage was not done properly as we now have sinking and heaving, large gaps and the limestone is deteriorating.

Hello Sarah, I am very sorry to read about these issues. I am just now reading about this and hearing about it for the first time after we completed the project in the fall of 2019. We have a 3 year warranty on all our paver and wall work, and although this is 7 years after the installation was completed, I would be more than happy to take a look at this to see what can be done. I was unaware that this was even happening and to reiterated, I am just seeing this now. Again, I'd be more than happy to come over and take a look at the situation to see what can be done. This review is a tough one to write. We hired Mark and his crew back in 2019 to transform our backyard into a complete oasis: pool, boulder walls, fire pit, decking, trees and additional landscaping. While what he did do has been done extremely well and turned out amazing- we are still left sitting with projects incomplete and of course paid for. Toward the end of our project we were promised many “things” that never actually happened- and eventually he became silent. Not returning texts/emails/phone calls. We would love to turn this review into a 5 star for the work that Mark and MH3 performed- but until our project is completed matching our paid contract...I can’t truthfully do so.
