Michelle did a fantastic job of guiding us. She told exactly what we needed to do to make our house appealing. She gave us simple tips to make our house easy to sell. We did everything she told us to do. We sold our in less than 3 hours!

It was a honor to be able to work with Michelle Kidd. I don't say this lightly. My house had been on the market for over a year with little interest shown in it. In our first meeting, Michelle toured the house, took photographs and provided me with her initial impressions. Within a few days we met again to talk about our mutual thoughts and goals. Her eye and sense of color and placement were remarkable. Even more than that, she understood the house and made suggestions that would best represent it. She was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I loved my house and under her expertise, it blossomed. My friends and family were stunned by the transformation. So was I. I wish that I had met her when I moved in. Michelle was cognizant of my budget and helped me to work within it. For example, some rooms we chose to leave undecorated. She provided décor as well as advice in choosing items that I purchased myself. Her willingness to be flexible within my budget was invaluable. House selling is difficult and stressful at the best of times. I can honestly say that Michelle made it easier. If I hadn't moved out of state I would use her services again. Oh, and the house sold in about 3 months.

Michelle provided us with a "staging" service before listing our home in New Albany, OH for sale. She was excellent! She has great visual acuity and was able to tactfully make suggestions that would open our space and make the home "show off." Like so many other home sellers, we were attached more to the possessions in the house, than to the actual walls and floors. Michelle was great at helping us migrate through those waters. We sold in 10 days. Bravo, Michelle.

We were given Michelle's name when we sold our home this year with HERealtors. Michelle was very helpful and made our home look like a photo out of a magazine. I really believe that the house sold so quickly partly due to the staging. When she came to set up and take down, it went very well and was efficient.

She is such a nice person, easy to work with. She had a lot of helpful ideas of things I could do to make things look better. We hired Michelle to stage two of our homes that we needed to sell quickly because we were combining households and expecting a baby. Michelle's expert eye on how to recreate a space allowed us to sell both of houses within one week! She was easy to schedule, extremely professional, and very friendly. Michelle far exceeded our expectations. I was a little skeptical of staging services, in general, but after my realtor suggested to hire one and after working with Michelle, I am a STRONG BELIEVER that Michelle allowed us to get a higher purchase price in a shorter amount of time. I hired Michelle Kidd for room makeovers. I had recently installed wood floors and wanted a new look but needed some help with design. Michelle took the time to understand my budget and my taste. Her process was to show me choices and have me select what I wanted, or in some cases, she selected for me and I only had to give my final approval. It was very convenient that she was also offered installation services for curtains, art work, etc. The result of her work has been beautifully updated rooms that I enjoy every day!

Updated our master bed & bathroom- provided exceptional color consultation and reposition/repurposing of existing materials; trimmed out and repainted critical traffic flow areas.

My real estate agent referred me to Michelle Kidd Design for staging service prior to listing my property for sale. Michelle was such a pleasure to work with; and her plan added interest, color, pattern and flow to my home. Her service included adding curtains and hardware, area rugs, artwork, linens, bedding, furniture, rearrangement of my furniture ( included moving pieces from room to room, from upstairs to downstairs), and adding decorative items. Nothing was too small or too large to escape her attention. I was provided a list of easy preparations to complete before leaving my home prior to each showing to potential buyers.
