I have used MMC Contracting twice now and have no regrets! The house needed some normal upkeep maintenance (pressure wash, painting) and we decided to upgrade our outdoor space by adding a custom patio. The work was done on time and on budget. We could not be happier with the work!

His staff was friendly and on time,and provided excellent quality work! We contacted Mike to look at updating an existing bathroom after two other contractors had looked at the job and promised quotes. We never heard from them again. Mike showed up on time when he said he would and a quote came a few days later. We accepted and he started a few days later. Our original design would not work when we realized there was not enough room to turn around in the shower. Mike showed up and we discussed options with his plumber. The change has worked out great. It took a little longer to complete the job than estimated but was more than worth it in the long run.

Although originally hired to upgrade our hall bathroom we also had then refresh our outside deck. The bathroom renovation was a total gut and rebuild including new drywall, floors, tub/shower with plumbing, painting, lighting, vanity replacement, and new towel racks. We now have a beautiful hall bathroom and are very pleased with their workmanship. The outdoor deck project exceeded our expectation and truly reflects their vision and attention to detail. The deck looks awesome and includes a cable rail system with cedar posts which is just amazing. Mikes team members were very professional and courteous, always cleaning up after themselves and quick to ensure that they communicated with us on what they were doing and asking us for our input where needed. We highly recommend them for your home projects.

Pam Burris

House built in 1966 with no garage and had to go outside to enter the laundry room. I had 4 estimates. Mike provided the best price to include everything we needed around $60,000. Project included: 22x14 garage, new room 23x16. Demo of old kitchen with new cabinets, new counter tops, tile , new appliances and laminate floors. The new room included closet area for laundry. I questioned the size of the closet for the laundry but was told everything would work out. In reality the laundry closet is too small and tight. It is very difficult to to move the washer and dryer for service. Plus constantly pushing washer and dryer back so the folding doors will close without scratching the washer and dryer. Few other issues with deadlines and when workers would be available for work and would go several days with no one working.Mike is very friendly and tries to deal with issues and problems. Love the garage just wish it was a little larger and longer because spouse has trouble trying to drive in or back out without hitting the walls. Considering all other contractors available and the end results - very good.
