Pounds Construction

Awful experience. He told us project would be done by August 2025. After 10 months won't finish construction of an addition, won't return call, won't return money owed to us or subs that he used. Had to have another contractor finish project! I don't know how he sleeps at night! Should not be in business.

I've had a horrible experience with Pounds Construction!. I foolishly paid a large draw. Subs contractors were not paid and have threatened to lien my property. Multiply inspections failed, project overdue, invoice was fraudulently inflated by 80%, failure to provide accounting. After all this coming to light, Mike Pounds then asked that I pay another $40k! I now have to sue him to get $70k+ he owes me. Stay away from Pounds Construction!!

Pounds construction did an amazing job remodeling my old worn out kitchen, dining room and sun room. With designer cabinets in kitchen and quartz countertops, it was an amazing transformation from the 50 year old dark cabinets. I think the entire wall of German Schmear bricks in my kitchen is my absolute favorite. Brand new windows, new flooring, and most of all, much better lighting all add to the overall beauty of my new space. Love it! Don't know why we waited so long!

This builder has built two houses for me over the years. Both times they came in under budget and did quality work. I would highly recommend this Company.
