My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I submitted a quote through their website on 17 October for a homewares item that was listed. I followed up on 27 October. I've yet to receive anything since the first automated message acknowledging my submission for a quote. I think it's bad customer service when I've heard nothing in over 2 weeks despite following up.
