From the beginning of our project with Mitch (owner) meeting with us to review design, pick out cabinets and assist with coordinating tile, counter tops for the remodel of both of our bathrooms, to Rick (office manager) handling the order of specific items we selected (faucets, toilets, grab bars, shower hardware, teak shower seats, sinks, etc,), we have been pleased with our decision to work with MCA remodeling. We just had our final inspection today on both bathroom remodels and we are "good to go"! And both remodels are truly beautiful! After the initial demolition and installation of rough plumbing in our downstairs bathroom, James Palmonas has been the primary person working on our project. I cannot say enough good things about James. He corrected an error in the shower valve installation on his first day here. He is polite, courteous, funny, skilled, knowledgeable. He makes the project about what the customer wants, not about what is easiest. He is hard working and very easy (and fun) to work with. When questions arose regarding tile design/accent areas, placement of grab bars, shower seats and towel racks, etc. he had wonderful suggestions. This man does not "goof off"; he is constantly working. And he is accurate. He returned several items (medicine chests and mirror that were scratched) that arrived damaged that others might have used, but he had the items reordered. Mirrors, cabinets, niches, trim, etc are level (he actually uses a level). His attitude is "no problem, I can do that"! And he does....." If James did not already have a loving mother and family, I might adopt him! James is a wonderful representative of MCA and Mitch's desire to provide a quality, amazing remodel service to homeowners.

A few months ago I had my kitchen remolded by MCA Remodeling. The workers were very professional and trust worthy and arrived at the time they said they would be arriving. It was an involved and tough job as the electricity had to be upgraded and a gas line installed for the gas stove. It only took them one day to demo the old kitchen. They did a very good job cleaning up each day and hauling the debris away. The best workers was Mark and Efrin. Mark did an excellent job of installing the back splash and tile. Efrin worked on putting the finishing touches to the cupboards. Gabriel did an excellent job on the counter top and installing it. I am enjoying my up to date kitchen. Thank you for a job well done.

MCA just finished a remodeling in our house. They removed to pop-corn ceiling, add texture to the ceiling and painted it. They replace four older track ceiling lights in the front room with 9 recessed lights on three switches. They replace the recessed florescent light in the kitchen by dropping down the ceiling where the lights were and then added 6 recessed led lights. They added 2 recessed led lights in the fireplace room and replace two CLF reading lights with two separately dimmable led lights. The shower in the master bath was gutted and replace with a new floor to ceiling shower with one grab bar. The hallway bath tub was removed and replaced with a new fiber glass tub with two grab bars. Both shower and tub how have Delta valves with fixed and removeable show head. Years ago we had them add a new concrete floor and sun room off the back kitchen sliding door. The workers did excellent work and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. I would recommend them for your home remodeling.

This company did a bathroom for us. They sent one of their employees named James Palmones. He is a real dedicated employee. His work was top notch, he showed no short cuts and always dd the job to the best of his ability. He spent many hours without goofing off or wasting his or our time. A real dedicated employee. My wife and I would have him working on any part of our house. His knowledge with all different aspects of construction was exceptional. If he found something that wasn't done correctly, he would not pass it on, he would fix the problem. We've never found an employee we felt so comfortable with. We would have this person do work in our house any time.

Our field specialist was most excellent! His workmanship was of the utmost quality as well as his work ethic. When he remodeled our master bathroom he was most knowledgeable and also creative beyond measure by giving us some ideas on how to enhance the over all look; such as the placement of the tiles, which color grout would look best, the placement of the towel bars and other accessories. James was meticulous in his work and he made sure everything was cleaned up for the next day's project. He was a perfectionist who took pride in his work, which we liked very much. As far as Mitch who operates MCA Remodeling, he was very helpful in giving us options on our tiny master bathroom and he was never pushy and very honest about the cost of our remodel. We appreciated him being so personal with us and giving us his full attention. We certainly would have MCA Remodeling do more remodeling projects for us!

An overall 5-Star job was done on the complete gutting and remodel of our master bathroom by MCA. We had Antonio on the job by himself to start, and come to find out it was his first day, but boy did we feel lucky to have him assigned to our place after seeing his dedication, attention to detail, and pride that was evident in his work day in and day out. They added another guy BJ after a few days and this sped up daily progress even faster as one might expect. I tried to be home for as much of the remodel as possible to better have a handle on details, questions and snafus that may arise, so I got to see first hand the pace with which they took care of business and was always impressed. They worked very productively as a team and did all of the demo work, new wood construction, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting and fixture installation themselves, always making great daily progress. The only bump in the road occurred when they had done all they could for their part of the job and then it was almost a 3 week wait for the shower glass and mirror sub-contractor to complete the job. I understand it takes time to custom fabricate these materials, but maybe in the future these guys can come take their measurements sooner to accommodate for that. Overall a job very well done by their in house employees though, thank you guys very much for all of your hard work!

I meet MCA at a home show when I was interviewing different contractors to change out my Kitchen. Mitch meet with us at our home and we discussed many different options possible from very inexpensive to very expensive. We appreciated his honesty on the best value and price to fit our budget and our property. MCA ended up working on my entire house, inside and outside. We ended up changing the Kitchen entirely including walls, cabinets tile counter tops and flooring. Also, our outside siding, new covered patio and repainting inside and out. All the work was performed per his schedule we were given ahead of time to prepare. All the workers were very friendly and professional.

Excellent communication. Workers on time and completed as scheduled. Bid accurate. Bathroom remodels and picture window installed. Complete family room remodeled.

MCA Remodeling did a new renovation of our backyard. The renovation included two arbor areas. One area over an outdoor kitchen and the other with outdoor TV seating area where they also installed a Firepit. Pavers were installed and landscape lighting inluding some up lighting and lighting in the tress to show off our beautiful sequoia and oak.

MCA painted our old worn-out oak kitchen cabinets white. They look amazing now and we love they way they turned out. Great finish and easy to clean.

MCA did two separate projects for us. They remodeled a bathroom and they did a patio with canopy. The work was done as represented and planned and we were kept "in the loop" every step of the way. They were cooperative with our specific needs and we plan on using them again in the future.

We were delighted without exception with MCA's quality results remodeling our two bathrooms, a half bath, two showers, and our kitchen counter tops and backsplash. They helped us modernize -- replacing linoleum with tile, formica with granite, and updating our sinks and showers. In the process, they added recessed lighting and upgraded electrical needs to meet local construction codes. From the beginning, MCA offered excellent help while shopping with us to select materials for each room. They allowed space to express our likes and dislikes, while offering experienced suggestions when we were in doubt. Prudently, MCA was sure to order and receive all materials before beginning work. MCA seems quite discerning in selecting their crafts people and associates, like painters, granite finishers, and shower door builders. We found their team of workers to be honest, friendly, highly-skilled, and hard-working. We learned and respected -- as we had heard widely -- that construction and remodelling has inevitable timing delays and surprise technical puzzles to solve. Also MCA had days when other jobs and needs delayed our progress. So at our home, there were days when nothing happened, and balancing moments when one, two, or more craftsmen were on the job. Money-wise, the MCA cost estimate was 30% less than the highest competitor. They were totally true to their financial contract, even when unexpected, added modifications were needed. Were we to identify MCA's growing edge, it would be improved communication and more focus on continuity to begin and finish in a slightly more timely manner. We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing. It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more. There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience. In the end was it all worth it, and would we highly recommend MCA? We surely would, YES.
