Michael and his HVAC staff did a tremendous job in explaining and laying out all that was involved in replacing our HVAC system (Heat Pump and Air Handler). The system they installed is SUPER quiet (I had to go downstairs to see if the air handler was working because we couldn't hear the familiar whoosh of air coming out of our vents (LoL)! I would recommend Michael and his staff for any HVAC system replacement. You will not be disappointed!!!

We had Mike and his team come out to replace our hvac and water heater with new units. Mike was extremely knowledgeable which helped set us up with systems that both keeps us comfortable, saves us money, and provides some peace of mind. His team worked diligently, they were polite, clean, and always on time. We've never come across a company that provided so much at such a competitive price.

We had a really great experience with MJA Design, highly recommended. The compressor in our 15 year old heat pump died, and Mike came by very promptly to assess and give some options. It was clear within a few minutes that Mike is *very* passionate about what he does, he was showing me screenshots of his HVAC system at home and (as a fellow Electrical Engineer) went into the weeds on some of the finer details and specifications for the options in my home. Everything was very low pressure, and of all the companies that came by to give estimates, Mike was the only one who was both doing the estimate AND the install, which gave us some confidence that he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale and move onto the next. To add to this, Mike replied immediately to any inquiries we had (even at 10PM on a Friday evening) which demonstrated some great customer service. On the install day Mike and his coworker Favian arrived exactly on time, gave a thorough rundown of the game plan for the day, and executed. Within a few hours we had heat back in our home and they hauled away all the old equipment leaving no mess behind. One week later and we've had no qualms or issues. Thanks again guys!

This review is for the HVAC services provided by Mike an his crew. In the past I've always had decent HVAC services provided by local companies, but at some point they inevitably try to upsell me on something I don't need because they assume I don't know better. I am *so thankful* for Mike and his 1) knowledge 2) expertise, and possibly the most important, 3) excellent customer service and honesty. Customer service seems to be a lost art, but not here. Mike, and his crew, are exceptionally professional and friendly attitude. Their work was fast, efficient, and done correctly the first time. The quality of that, combined with their pricing made it a no-brainer to switch over to them for all our HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommended - if you're looking for quality products with the best customer service you could ask for, look no further. (For reference - our 20+ year HVAC system died and we had to have our whole system in our townhouse replaced over the summer.)

Matt and his top-notch team at MJA Design were wonderful to work with as we navigated our first major renovation (the kitchen and main level of our house). The project design was customized to our style and needs, we received personalized guidance on product selections, and the workmanship was impeccable. His team members (and subcontractors) were skilled, friendly and responsive to our every request. The cost was very reasonable, with no project delays or overruns. We definitely will be calling MJA Design for our next renovation project!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Matt and team. Matt was fantastic is listening, advising and incorporating our ideas and wishes. There was Anya who worked with me for hours to figure out shelving details and Tanya who came towards the end 0 she was great too. The cabinets were cherry and looked classy and rich. WE gutted the kitchen, but did not change the gas lines or plumbing. We did put heating under our tiled floors and love the warmth in winter. Am saving up for my bathroom projects with them! I wish that I could give Matt and company more stars! MJA Design was the perfect partner to update my 30-year old kitchen--friendly and professional interaction; and clear communication at every stage of the process. Going for an environmentally-friendly 1940s-style design, I had done a fair amount of legwork in advance with regard to likes/dislikes. It paid off because when it came to design challenges (the kitchen area is small), Matt, Tanya, and I easily brainstormed and worked through trade-offs. I'd had my heart set on an apron-front sink, for example, but when that wouldn't fit, Matt's cabinet design complemented Tanya's energetic research to find a suitable alternative. As a result, we found a spectacular Kohler cast iron enamel sink that perfectly suits the character and scale of my kitchen. Matt's cabinets are built to last; as is his crowning glory--a beautiful walnut top to the peninsula. I've received several "oohs and aahs" as guests take note of the exceptional craftsmanship. Finally, Larry demonstrated master craftsman skill, ideas, and attention to detail--it was a pleasure to watch him daily make the dream a reality. Thanks Matt, Tanya, and Larry...I'd be a return customer in a heartbeat!
