Excellent customer service. I composed and email regarding the Estmated time arrival and the tracking number and they reply back immediately. The item not arrived on time but it was carrier problem not the vendor.

Our ModaFlame ethanol Fireplace came missing parts so we can not use the door/dampener. It has surprisingly questionable quality. We've been trying for 5 months and they have not sent replacement parts yet. It's a crazy run-around. Send pictures, pictures too big for their screen, send invoices, send payment receipts, who did you talk to before - send me that email etc etc. We simply want what we ordered. Advice - buy any brand ethanol fireplace BUT NOT ModaFlame.
