Avoid at All Costs – Uneven and Full of Excuses I’m writing this review to save any future victims from losing their money to this company. What they do is so unbelievable it’s hard for me to put into words. In short, it is a scam. They take your money, incorrectly install something, then tell you that they can’t install it properly. They will make what you currently have so much worse you’re going to have to spend more money later to fix it. They will create problems for you that you never had before, problems that you didn’t even know could exist. If you want the details, please keep reading. If you don’t have time then save yourself time and money and find a different installer. To sum it up the pavers are uneven, they took away my backyard drainage so it almost flooded my house, they gave me a new excuse every day, their warranty isn’t real, they won’t respond back to you or fix anything after the job is complete in “their” eyes. 1.Uneven Pavers This is a big one and I thought it was my biggest issue until I realized what they did on the drainage side. The pavers are uneven. Corners just stick up from one side and the other side is sometimes sunken in. It looks like it was someone’s first time doing this. When I asked about it the OWNER, yes, the owner said this, “No one can get them even”. So, no one can get them even? Ask yourself, have you ever seen even pavers? I have so I know that someone can install pavers evenly. I assumed that I didn’t need to ask if that could be done evenly since that’s expected by anyone who would want to install them in their patio. This means that after taking my money the owner so graciously came to my house and without emotion lied right to my face. This shows you that they don’t care about their workmanship, they don’t care about their service, and they don’t care about you. They just want that money and that’s it. And don’t worry, if you have a complaint, they’ll have an excuse for you. Not only that he continued to lie to me. First was no one can get them even, then it was the compactors fault. The project manager told me they were uneven for drainage. So, I guess the design for drainage is to randomly have some corners stick up. They then said the pavers were too big. The pavers weren’t even themselves. It will settle over time. It’s a flexible system. My favorite was, “you’ll love it in a year”. I heard multiple times from the owner and project manager that the pavers will “Settle” so I contacted the manufacture of these pavers, Belgard, who stated in an e-mail, “…the pavers should not be settling over time. That is why if installed properly they would have been compacted. And there should be drainage, and the project should have some slope. But the heights of the pavers should be even.” When I said they lied to my face I wasn’t exaggerating and if you pick them they’ll take advantage of you as well. I will let you know this, don’t pick this company or you’re going to seriously regret it.

We contacted several companies for quotes and are choosing to give them our business because: 1.) they returned our online inquiry right away 2.) they met us on a Saturday for a quote 3.) the rep was very knowledgeable and answered our every question 4.) he did not pressure us into anything, and left us with vendor books to help us decide 5.) They have my trust and I am looking forward to giving them my business because if something goes wrong, I know they will work to address it.
