Have done new pool start ups for Monster Pools in the past and the level of craftsmanship of the pools are top notch! Billy has over two decades of experience in the industry and has gone the extra mile on several occasions that I've seen to make difficult customers happy!

Jeff was pretty good on the sales side. He helped us pick out a good pool design and was responsive with the estimate and options. Monster got off to a good start with the permits and excavation work but it died a quick death after that. In my opinion their supervisor Randy is not qualified to manage the digging of a ditch let alone a pool. They were unable to line up workers in an orderly fashion and my pool build that was quoted at 6 weeks in duration ended up taking 18 weeks instead. Randy would never return my calls and event attempts to reach the owner Billy through their office went unanswered. At one point 3 weeks went by without a single worker showing up. My backyard was torn up and unusable the whole time because they don't clean up anything until the very end. Unless you have unending patience and an unlimited timeline I'd recommend going with someone else. I have a few grey hairs after this experience.
