Mrs G, from delivery to problem resolution, provided superior support involving our newly purchased Samsung refrigerator. Regarding our technical issue, staff and technician was able to diagnose the cause to TRIPPING OF CIRCUIT BREAKER during the INSTALL PHASE of the refrigerator, specifically the GFI breaker. A STANDARD breaker was the remedy.

Our appliances were installed today. Mike P and John were great! Of all the appliances, the dishwasher was dented front and back. John brought it to our attention and immediately called the office. Mickey came out immediately to assess and took the dishwasher back. All 3 were most courteous and helpful. I hope Mike P and John return to install the dishwasher. Very pleased.

I have done business with Mrs. G‘s appliances one time. I purchased a low price range hood for my kitchen. I was treated with patience, politeness, and respect, features not always provided by the big box stores. I have also witnessed purchases made by a relative at Mrs. G’s. The purchase was for a washer and a dryer on two separate occasions. Again, treatment of the purchaser was the same. My salesman, Keith, was fun and informative. Everyone I have contacted on their staff have been helpful, cordial, and knowledgeable.

Where looking for a 24 inch top load washer, found one and ordered we were on a specific schedule had to replace while our tenants were on their honeymoon. MrsG came through. We have used them for over 30 years always find what we need

Recently, we purchased our dream home with an "almost" dream kitchen; beautiful well-maintained 10yr old custom cabinets with a Not-So-Beautiul Underpowered island cooktop and downdraft. Cooking is a big part our family life and I was used to professional quality performance. Given the unusual configuration of our kitchen, it was not clear if my first choice of a Wolf professional cooktop, with the required overhead ventilation, would be feasible without major modifications to the kitchen (which we did not want to do). Debbie at Mrs G Appliances worked with us to help us find a solution - she even came to our house with her recommended contractor, Doug Raynor, to measure and discuss options. In the end, Debbie and Doug came up with a perfect cost-effective solution for the Wolf cooktop by utilizing adjacent closet space for the ventilation, and constructing a matching cherry soffit to support the range hood. Debbie and Doug kept in close communication during the entire 10-day project to ensure timely delivery of the appliances and connecting pieces. Moreover, Doug and his team were highly professional; they cleaned the workspace at the end of each day so that I could use the kitchen and even cook in the evening. I could not be more pleased with the outcome!. Thank you Mrs G Appliances for service above and beyond what I ever expected.

We purchased all of our kitchen appliances for a recent kitchen remodel project from Mrs. G. Their sales representative carefully went through the brands and features available to us within our budget. .I was most impressed by their level of service and knowledge. The manufacture had delayed the delivery stove so we could receive the latest model, and Mrs. G brought out the showroom model temporarily so our contractor could fit the counter tops in with complete accuracy so we would not have any delays in construction Mrs. G's offer us all we wanted for below our budgeted amount I could not be happier with my appliances and experience at Mrs G.
