The plans provided were accurate and detailed, making the installation process smooth and stress-free. I'm incredibly impressed with this product. It has a very modern look that immediately elevated the style of my space. The attention to detail is remarkable; I was particularly impressed by the included washers and end caps, which add a finished, high-quality touch that many other products lack. I even had a great experience with the company. I messaged Muzata directly, and they promptly sent me some extra parts I needed, which speaks volumes about their customer service. It came with black-coated steel cables that blended in perfectly with my railings, creating a seamless and sleek appearance. The railings feel incredibly secure, thanks to the four thick bolts included per railing, ensuring a sturdy and durable installation.

My entire experience with Muzata was fantastic. I took advantage of their free design service for a large railing project at my home. The design service was great. Amazing communication and very nice design and instruction documents. All products were packaged nicely and I received all parts need with extra to spare. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As a contractor with experience in dozens of projects, I’ve always been captivated by the aesthetic appeal of Muzata's natural stainless steel cable railing. Under the sun, the natural steel cables shine brilliantly, creating a striking visual impact. However, due to their light color, they are prone to oxidation, which can lead to rusting over time. It's undeniable that achieving a balance between beauty and durability in outdoor environments is a challenge, no matter the material of the cable. If avoiding rust is a priority, the black powder-coated cable railing offers a sleek, modern look that is also easier to maintain. I highly recommend Muzata’s cable railing systems.

Loved this railing system. It was exactly what I was looking for. Had a minor problem with my order but the Muzata support team addressed it quickly and had a new part fast shipped to me way sooner than I ever would have expected. I have another deck project coming up and will be using this system there as well. I also loved the price point. It looks amazing but didn’t break the bank on my project.

The black color looks sleek and modern. Easiest product to install that looks sleek and not to mention the fast delivery. The vinyl coating on the wire rope is smooth with no rough edges. It bends easily and has not cracked or peeled after months of use. Amazing product. Easy to install. Great customer service. Fastest shipping. This company is professional in all ways.

The over all customer service is excellent. The in-house design assistance was very helpful in determining what and how many I shall need in my project. The same team follow through with my order and delivery. They checked on and update me the delivery status of my order. When item I ordered didn’t show up, they made arrangements immediately to send it overnight so that I can continue my installation.

When I first took on the project of installing 54 linear feet of railing, I knew finding the right material was crucial. The railing needed to complement the landscape without obstructing the beautiful views. After researching different suppliers, Muzata stood out for their product quality and customer service. I contacted Muzata's customer support team to help design a railing that met my needs. We exchanged several emails and phone calls discussing the design options and hardware requirements. Once I placed the order, everything arrived exactly as promised. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The mahogany railing enhanced the outdoor space without compromising the scenic views. Both the product and customer service far exceeded my expectations.

I had the BEST experience dealing with the Muzata Team. I sent them the measurements and pictures and they came back with a materials list. Throughout the project, I ran into some construction issues and the Muzata Team was there EVERY time I needed them with a solution. I would send them pictures and they would write back with how to proceed. There is a time delay in responses but so worth it. While I did this project by myself, it really felt like I was never alone because Muzata was only an email away. Feel free to ask me any questions on the installation, I'm a pro now :)
