We have had the pleasure to work with Ron Nau and Nau Builders intensively in a new custom house project in La Jolla. The whole experience was more than pleasant. Nau Builders is everything we’d like to have in a GC. The whole team is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and prompt. They always follow up things properly, clean the job site, and make sure it was secure. They went above and beyond to finish it on time while keeping the cost within budget. i was referred to Ron Nau and Nau Builders from a close friend of mine for a complete remodel of a vacation condo. From the first time I had contact with Ron, he was very easy to work with. The entire process went very smooth, which was important to me, since I was not on site. Ron and his staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of building, from electrical and plumbing, to the permit process to the finishing design touches. Ron gave me some very good suggestions along the way, and the final product came out better than I could have imagined. It was completed on time and within budget. I am very happy with the entire process and would definitely use Nau Builders again and would definitely refer them to my friends.

I have had very good experiences with Nau Builders doing major work on my properties. They are always available by E-mail or telephone and respond quickly to any issues that come up. They are excellent at problem solving and finding solutions to situations that invariably come up in construction work. That is a strong point with Nau Builders. I interviewed several contractors before choosing Nau Builders. They constructed a 2 bedroom addition over my garage that has a balcony and a roof deck. There is not enough space on this review to articulate adequately how highly I recommend them, they were a delight to work with. Nau Builders were skilled at both the task of managing the big picture and keeping the details covered. Every step was on time, well executed and I always felt that they were thoughtful about my space during this potentially loud and messy job. They were on time, and I don't mean they finished within a week or month of our target done date. They were, TO THE DAY, finished! I felt great communications with Ron Nau and his entire team throughout the whole project. I never wondered what was happening or next. The combination of having my loft well made and the fun of creating it as we went, for they had really fresh ideas as to how to give my home that extra 'wow' factor, I believe you will be so grateful to work with Nau Builders and the old stereo type of how trying a remodel can be, will be banished completely and you will wish you could build something else, once your project is done!

We were looking to remodel our outdated kitchen and stick to a pretty strict budget. NB came out and discussed with us a few different options of what we could do to minimize the disruption to our home and stay within our budget. They had great ideas that we hadn't even considered and now have a fresh modern looking kitchen that we are very happy with.
