I have wrinkles in the liner. Pool is only 3 years old, heater had to be replaced. plumbing had to be replaced. Broke 3 section of side walk. Have cracks in the cement around the pool from their subcontractor. Please don't hire them terrible experience.

I needed a new cover for my hot tub. Nelson's researched the size for me, and when I asked them to check, found one in stock at a discounted rate. They delivered it for half of their normal delivery charge, and took my old cover to the end of my 200 yard driveway for garbage collection. Oh, AND they informed me the day before delivery that they had an emergency to deal with and would not be able to deliver the cover on the original date planned. I told them that that was disappointing since my garbage collection picks up large items (the old cover) once a month, and the day after the original delivery date was actually that day. They went out of their way to get me the cover on the original date, and move my old cover to the street.

We bought a hot tub and needed to replace the filter it came with (it was dirty when we got it) and they charged $50 for a filter that is $25 at Menard's and $20 online. The chemicals I purchased were about twice the cost of what they are available for elsewhere. When inquiring about moving the tub to our new house, they wanted $500, but graciously agreed to lower the price to $450. Other local businesses quoted prices of $350, $250, and a max of $300; all with insurance on the tub. I certainly advocate shopping locally, but not when businesses take advantage of you. The service you receive here in no way justifies the higher pricing. They're charging Cadillac prices for Chevy service; explore other options before you buy anything here.
