New Legacy Construction LLC

As a homeowner, working with Tim and Matt from New Legacy Construction was the best experience I have had on any of my home projects. We hired them to replace our siding and windows. Last year, our home was damaged from a severe hail storm and frankly, the siding and windows were over 30 years old. Because our insurance did not cover any of the repairs, we worked hard to find the right contractors for the project. I’m so glad we were able to work with New Legacy Construction. A project of this size can be pretty nerve wracking. There were challenges, there were some areas of water damage and rot from the old wood siding and windows. They took care of everything without me having to stress about it. They also wrapped our home in an extra layer of insulation. I truly feel like they took the time to do everything right. My home feels protected now and will probably last another 100 years. Tim and Matt take pride in their work, are great problem solvers, but equally important is their positive attitude. I’ll be honest, the weather was not ideal for our project but they were out there bright and early every day and stayed until they’d accomplished everything. I wish more contractors were this easy to work with. I will be hiring New Legacy Construction again for other home renovation projects on my list.

Tim and Matt (and team) are FANTASTIC to work with. They not only have expert technical skills to bring our vision to life--perhaps more importantly, they honor our ideas and their work with heart and soul such that each completed project exudes warmth and love all throughout our new home. Matt even built the coolest (and most sturdy) cat tree for our feline kiddies. They are detail oriented and, at the outset, project a budget (without hidden costs) that they adhere to. In summary, they are an incredibly trustworthy and professional team whose work is impeccable and of the highest quality.

We were impressed with the amount of time and the quality of interactions with Tim about our project!. He was instrumental in making sure that the installation of our custom barn door was perfect! He is all about quality and the “look” of the final project.. Tim is proud of his work and he wants you, the customer to be happy. I had the pleasure of working with New Legacy on 2 bathroom remodels. I cannot say enough good things about New Legacy. They are true craftsmen, gave daily updates, showed up on time, and got the project done EARLY! The work was absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail was beyond my expectations! I have remodeled 5 homes in my life and new legacy was hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with!

We absolutely loved working with Tim and Matt at New Legacy. We appreciated their thoughtful attention to our project, especially the great ideas they came up with. They allowed and even encouraged us to take on whatever parts of the project we wanted to and then offered expert advice when we needed help. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience with Tim and Matt at New Legacy Construction. We purchased a fixer upper several years ago on our dream property and were looking for a contractor to help us tell a story and create a beautiful and functional remodel that would fit within our budget. The house had potential but lacked some character and functionality. After meeting with several contractors and not being able to come up with a design we loved, we were at a standstill. After meeting with Tim at New Legacy Construction we were blown away by their creative vision for design options and computer graphic presentation. From start to finish this was an amazing experience. They delivered everything they said they would and more. They were honest, kind and respectful. It was clear that they care deeply about their craftsmanship and every single detail that goes into a project. We loved how they involved us in the whole process. Matt even let my small kids help him with little projects here and there, so they felt like they helped rebuild their own home right alongside him. Our bathroom remodel is only the beginning of our working relationship with them. We can’t wait to have them come back for more spaces and we would never consider using anyone else to do the work. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented and honest contractor.

We had the pleasure of working with Tim, Matt and the entire NLC crew this past spring/summer. They completed a full 1st floor remodel with floor plan change early and on budget! If you appreciate attention to detail, honesty and integrity you'll want to work with New Legacy. Here are a few of the details I appreciated the most. When Tim or Matt say they will be there, they are there. You can tell you are a priority to them. Both men engaged my kids in conversation, projects and allowed my kids to pester them with questions. And my kids were excited to see their truck pull into the driveway (personally I feel like that says a lot about Tim and Matt). Tim sang Disney songs with my daughter while trimming windows and Matt made up his own song for my son and sang it to him every time he saw him. I just can't say enough about these guys. I feel extremely blessed to have been able to snag a spot in their timeline. I wish them all the best in their futures. If you want a contractor who goes the extra mile, doesn't take a million smoke breaks and actually cares about your happiness you want New Legacy Construction. Tim and Matt Ozerkov are rare gems. I would recommend them to anyone!

I originally hired Timothy and his team to install a new fireplace mantel. I had left messages with other contractors and they didn't return my calls but Timothy responded quickly and agreed to come take a look at the project within the week. I ended up also hiring him to install tile backsplash in my kitchen and install floating shelves. He and his team continued to impress me with their professionalism, quality work, friendliness and attention to detail. Not only is the completed work exceptional, they left the area as clean as when they arrived. I would recommend New Legacy without hesitation and will use them again for future projects.

Tim is excellent, easy to communicate with. Has a great crew of sub's and is respectful of cleanliness and timing. We increased our budget a few times, but each time it was 100% up to us to get some very nice upgrades. We did not have any surprises or issues. I will hire New Legacy again for future projects.

Tim and his team went above and beyond! The end result of our remodel exceeded our expectations. Tim and Matt at New Legacy Construction LLC have become part of our family and will be doing any of our future projects. They are highly recommended!

Tim and his crew at New Legacy Construction did a great job. We converted 1 oversized and poorly designed bathroom into 2 great and functional bathrooms. They worked hard to make sure the project was done on time and on budget and were very easy to to work with.
