Ron, Matt, and the entire team did an excellent job! Ron assessed the job, and was unphased by how much work was needed to refinish and restore the beauty of our pine floors. Ron also suggested replacing our metal floor grates with wooden grate... great choice! Ron worked us into their busy summer schedule and completed the job so we could move in by Sept 25th. Matt and his crew showed up when scheduled and stayed dedicated to our project until complete. We originally wanted to save money so opted to not do two bedrooms with minor wear. But when we saw how the floors were turning out, we changed our mind and added the two bedrooms. 100% satisfied. Great job!

The Bona hardwood floors are not as durable as we were led to believe. We were sold on them because we were told they would be more durable than the laminate floors we replaced. They are not! They are already more scratched up and look worse after a few months than the laminate looked after 12 years. Not happy at all considering the cost. We regret replacing the laminate.

Project date September 2019 We had an existing floor reinstalled to correct previous installation issues by another contractor. They refinished this floor and the floors in two other rooms. Project was about 1055 square feet. The crews were extremely professional and worked quickly to get us back in our living space. There were a couple issues that they took care of quickly. They do move the furniture however if you have furniture that you care about have professional movers move the furniture. We were not really sure what the furniture moving process would be. We were a bit shocked that they suggested putting furniture outside under a tarp. We quickly cleared out a garage to use. They could improve on proactive project scheduling communication. A lot of things had to be moved prior to their arrival and advance notice is helpful. We inquired about the schedule several times so that we could be ready. The process is "dustless" however do not expect that you can live around the work. There is enough dust and odor to bother someone with allergies and sensitivities. We are extremely happy with the finished product. We highly recommend this company and will hire them again when we refinish floors in other areas.
