We have been planning our deck and porch renovations for more than five years and Smoky Deck Builders built us a beautiful two-story deck with a spiral staircase and a screened in porch. Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. Isabella handled the financial things well and took of care of general communications. Thank you Smoky Mountain Deck Builders for building us a beautiful deck and porch. Such a great experience working with Smoky Mountain Deck Builders for our deck/pergola build. The communication from the entire team from the very beginning was second to none. We interviewed several contractors and Nick DiRoberto and the team were able to bring our idea to life. Flip and the builders were extremely efficient and communicated every step of the way. When problems arose, they were quickly solved and the team always ensured we were happy with the work that was done. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a great experience with Smoky Mountain Deck Builders on our deck project in Gatlinburg. Our sales rep was Frank and he was very helpful in finalizing our design and picking materials. We are very pleased with the construction quality and appearance of the final product. The company has been particularly nice about following up on details of the job. We ran short of material on one stair railing which was back ordered. When our project manager Christian called to say the material was in and he was coming by to install it, I told him about a little issue. A bear had gotten on our upper deck and ripped out a bunch of cables and bent a support. I was prepared to schedule and pay for the needed repair, but Christian took extra time that day to not only do what he came for but also to repair the significant damage with no additional charge, which was very nice. I considered several different companies for our sliding glass door project, but after the first meeting with Jason Lemons I knew Smoky Mountain Deck was the company I wanted to complete my project. Jason was informative, professional, and was not pushy with his sales. But he was confident in their ability to complete the project and he was right to be confident. I made a mistake with the door purchase, but Nick and his install team went above and beyond to help me correct the issue. Instead of having to seal off the open wall and wait until I could get a new door, Smoky Mountain Deck went the extra mile to return the incorrect door and get the new one for me, without me even asking. This allowed them to complete the project in one day. Edgar and his team working onsite were professional, communicative, and had great attitudes despite the project taking double of his time to complete. From start to finish, I was impressed, knew what to expect, and am more than satisfied with the entire experience. They were precise with their leveling, quick to completion, more than fair with their pricing, and some of the most professional people I have ever worked with. I am new to Tennessee and badly needed a new deck/room/ceiling remodel as my existing project was a mess, AND incomplete. With a little research, Smokey Mountain Deck Builders was my choice by a recommendation from Home Depot. I must say to ALL the individuals, from the first phone call to the last cleanup, I am extremely satisfied with the kindness, professionalism, and precise work done by your group of amazing people. All my calls and texts were answered, and always with patience and respect. Nick, the owner is a refreshing breath of fresh air in an otherwise sketchy industry. His skills and kindness far exceed his years! It seems sometimes just getting someone out to LOOK is a mission! Nick and his team came out and really brainstormed with me to come up with ideas for the finished project. He and his team were very patient with me and after a short time, the plan and budget were agreed upon. Long story short, the existing, unfinished room now has a BEAUTIFUL new deck, Cedar rails, Amazing Barn Doors, “Industrial” Metal Ceiling, and a Trex Rain Escapes Waterproof deck system! The level of precision, the attention to detail, and the solid construction are impressive. Smoky Mountain Deck Builders just completed my deck replacement. The project entailed changing from a traditional wooden deck to a TREX deck and as a new customer, I am thrilled with the result. A large part of my customer satisfaction can be attributed to the exceptional service of the entire company, and superior quality workmanship of the team, namely the worksite foreman Jason, and William and Jeremy. The project went well from the very first day of meeting company owner, drawing up the contract and plans, to the last day of final walk-through. The build execution was skillfully directed by Jason, and the construction conducted with precision and efficiency. They were always professional and respectful, patiently answered my questions, kept me informed of progress, and project completed on time.

Smoky Mountain Deck Builders did an amazing job with out backyard. The deck they built is top of the line but we also have fallen in love with the fire pit they installed. Our backyard is looks completely new. Night and day from where it was and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
