NMB is a full service home builder specializing in custom high-end new construction as well as major renovations/additions. NMB is led by Ian Koolik, a graduate of University of Florida's prestigious M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction. Ian is known for building and renovating many of South Florida's finest custom estate homes on the water and in Boca Raton's beautiful country clubs. I highly recommend NMB . They were fantastic from start to finish. The office team, workmen at the house and of course Merrie and Ian and Ken were very professional and dedicated to make our home remodeling experience the best possible. The project finished on time and when issues came up unexpectedly, which they always do, they fixed them. I would renovate again and again with them. I love my new house and you will too if you hire them.

Ian and Merri Koolik are a great team and work very well together. Ian handles overall design and project management. He also provides great design ideas. Merri is responsible for Interior design, finishes, flooring, tile etc. She was integral to the project. We were assigned a project manager Lou who managed the subcontractors. He was on site every day and handled timing and quality control. Their office runs efficiently and was very helpful. The project was bid out up front and came in as projected. NMB was willing to make changes along the way and we are very happy with the final result. We have received many compliments. My wife and I would highly recommend NMB with no reservations.

We did total kitchen, master bathroom, powder room and miscellaneous other more minor renovations. NMB was on top of both the planning and construction phases and very detail oriented. After the initial construction phase, they worked with us on all punch list items no matter how small to complete the work. It turned out great. Friends and family who have seen the final result have showered us with positive comments on how everything looks.

We added new items to our kitchen. Tile backsplash, exhaust hood, pot filler above cooktop, barn door in pantry and a drawer type microwave and new under cabinet lighting. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. The various workers were respectful and professional. We trust NMB and Ian Koolik to always do a wonderful job.
