Owner Byron Tannenhaus was exceptional in his attention to detail and responsiveness when we had questions. He expected the best from his crew and they all were a pleasure to work with. I was particularly impressed at how he and his crew made sure everything was cleaned up during the process and especially at the end... yes, they do windows!

I'd never built a house before & was on a very, very tight budget. Byron made the entire process transparent, involved me at all steps of the process & took the time to explain the what & why with a great deal of patience & respect. He was also very organized & work was completed as scheduled (or ahead of schedule). If brief delays were unavoidable, I was always kept up to date - and those minor delays did not delay the project's completion. Minor changes were made as we went along & Byron always, always, always told me if the change would be more or less and by how much. The budget was reviewed regularly & Byron often broached the subject of "we're fine with the budget" which we were. The house was completed - ground breaking to being handed the keys - within 0.5% of initial budget, with no items removed. . . . A very honest builder who likes to do some of the work himself! Honest, pleasant, organized & he has great esthetic taste! I could NOT ask for anything more. I now have a very small, efficient & quality new house.
