My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Mike and his crew are true perfectionists. They all have demonstrated excellent work ethic and knowledge of the process which helped us feel confident in our decision to hire Northlake Builders. During every phase of the building process Mike made sure everything was to our satisfaction with A+ communication. As a result, we are enjoying a beautiful quality home featuring fine craftsmanship and perfection in every detail.

I highly recommend Mike Dickinson and his crew. They just completed a 750 sq. ft. mother-in-law suite addition to our home. They are very professional and do high quality work. Every subcontractor that Mike hired was the same. Mike made the whole process very easy for us. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Northlake Builders is one of my go-to builders for ANY project. I've been working with Mike and his team for over five years and we've always received great reviews from clients whom I've encouraged to hire him. Mike and his team are hands-on craftsman and gifted in their trade. I've given Mike some impossible designs for custom doors and railings and he always produces a beautiful end result. In addition, Mike is great at collaborating with skilled trades people and me (as a designer, that's rare to find in a contractor), and is happy to work towards a great result for our clients. His budgeting of projects is excellent and his management of the work and trades is equally so.
