My Wife and I began our relationship with Northshore Wood Products by purchasing (2) 5 ft wooden coat racks with railroad spike hooks for our small lake home in northern MN. They are unique and absolutely gorgeous. We loved them so much that we had the guys at Northshore Wood Products make us a custom armoire, wood box and fireplace mantle all out of the reclaimed while pine from the Old Globe grain elevator in Superior WI. I have seen reclaimed wood before, but this white pine has a very natural beauty and is very heavy and robust. The antique stain color with urethane finish is exceptional. All products that we purchased were delivered on time with a nominal cost. I can't say enough about Norhshore would products. Their attention to detail, the materials they use and overall quality make them a great small business to work with.

We recently worked with Northshore Wood Products to have a custom dining table and bench made. We are so thrilled with the results! Ron and his team were great to work with. They listened to our needs and helped us design a piece that was perfect for our family and home. They kept us involved and updated throughout the process, sending us stain samples for selection and pictures along the way. The end result was even better than we could've hoped for. The reclaimed wood is gorgeous and adds so much character. The table top turned out amazing! We have received so many compliments. The quality and craftsmanship is of the highest level. We are already thinking of new pieces for them make for the rest of our house!

Northshore Wood Products built my kitchen cabinets out of rustic hickory. I am so happy with them. The quality of the workmanship of my cabinets is great. They are very sturdy. Northshore recommended things to make my cabinets more convenient for me.

Northshore Wood Products crafted a custom made dining table, two fireplace mantels, and a set of cabinet doors for our new outdoor kitchen/living area. We were looking for furniture/wood experts that worked with reclaimed wood. After my initial contact, they were very quick to provide stain and wood samples, as well as photos to help with choosing design details. They were very courteous and professional in every contact we had with them. We had requested the table under a tight deadline for a group function and they were able to build the table and deliver it! I would recommend them to anyone -- and hope to use them for another project!

As we were looking for some "vintage looking" paneling for the cabin we're building in northern Wisconsin, we found Northshore Wood on internet, and they managed to do exactly what we wanted for our cathedral ceiling. It was made from the white pine they extract from the old grain elevator in Duluth, wich give our ceiling even more personality and "uniqueness". Then they did also some shelves for our kitchen and our TV/media room, and an other wood paneling for the guest room wall. They also built 5 shallow beams (16feet long) made with the same reclaimed pine. They even managed to accomplish eveything in a short period of time, and we were mostly working together via email and photos, as we live in France ! Prior to working directly with Northshore Wood Products, I was aware of their high level of custom craftsmanship that they provide at a fair price. What I was not aware of the excellent customer service and patience that comes along with the products that they offer. The latest example was a furniture piece that they are building for us from a photo we came across and the unique hardware that we could not find anywhere. When we brought this to their attention, the response we received was "send me the photo again and I will work on it at home in the evenings. I am sure we will find it somewhere." Bottom line is they truly work with you through the process and do not just receive in the order and run. I highly recommend these guys!

I engaged Northshore Wood Products to clean up some older but sound wood tables as well as assist in the creation and manufacture of benches, chairs and end tables to match both the decor and style of a 100 year old log cabin in rural Big Fork. I cannot imagine completing this project without the expertise and consultation from the experts at NSWP. They did an unbelievable job of implementing exactly what I wanted and the outcome was absolutely fantastic. I have the pictures to prove it if anyone wants to see them. We had a great experience working with Northshore Wood Proucts designing our bathroom vanity. We gave them our ideas and Ron and Bob designed exactly what we had in mind. Their workmanship is impeccable! They were always available for questions and the project was finished on time! They are also working on other pieces of furniture for our new log home. True craftsmanship at its best!

About a year ago, we ordered a 5-hook shelf hat rack and installed in our entry way of our house. Then recently, we decided to sell the house... and the new buyer loved the hat rack and insisted on keeping the masterpiece a part of the deal. So reluctantly... after we sold the house (with the said hat rack), we then ordered a 8-hook shelf hat rack for our NEW house. Even better!! Just love the piece... truly awesome piece of craftsmanship. We also enjoyed a little "historical" perspective about how/where the reclaimed wood came to be via the "certificate of authenticity" that is provided with my order. Thank You.
