About Us

Getting homes ready to sell or list can be an overwhelming project. Sellers and realtors have very little time and money to conceive and manage all the steps involved to get your home ready to show. My service combines the art and science of bringing a house to market for the highest possible price. Every seller has unique challenges beginning with the decision to move to negotiating offers. Ready To Show It can shorten that timeline for you and work within your budget. You may just need a room by room Do It Yourself plan. Or maybe you have completed the heavy lifting and you may just need a half / full day of staging and quality MLS photos. You might need a punch list of minor repairs and touch-ups that make all the difference in a market with high inventory. I can provide a top notch handyman, painter, electrician and maid service to help you clean up, throw out and spruce up. I work with sellers’ homes that need to look great while you live your lives. I use your furniture and accessories – along with my full inventory of linens, slipcovers, rugs, professional art work, etc. that can be leased below market rates. There is an art to seeing a room objectively and directing focus to your home’s selling points. I enjoy all aspects of the process and I am quick and effective. We offer custom service packages because each seller and every home has unique needs. A 2-3hr home consultation will provide a detailed plan of action, timeline, staging demo and if requested - a Do It Yourself program. Our most popular service is staging and quality room photos/videos for MLS and marketing purposes. We understand you only get one first impression and we can get your home sold quicker and for top dollar. We also offer in home and virtual Color Consultations, Move-In/Re-Design Services and Holiday Decorating. We work with your budget and we move quickly.

Nora and I first connected on a Savin Hill condo project which was vacant. She was very responsive, professional and considerate of budget and ultimately helped sell the condo in less than a week with her gorgeous staging. Staged to Stay! We vacation on Nantucket, and each time I come home with items I love. It got to be too much! I retained Nora to edit my finds, work with my furnishings, supplement with savvy shopping services to take what I had and make it all look more modern, crisp, appealing. Great improvement, incredible return on my investment in her time and some additions. Her team were fantastic--very quick turn around time, trustworthy, respectful of my things and my sentimentality. A friend recommended Nora, having used her to consult and stage her home. I reached out to Nora to ask for her assistance in doing the same, and it was the best advice I've ever taken. She met with me within days for a consultation, and returned a week later to stage and take photos. We were in a time crunch, and she rose to the occasion. Nora staged my house for photos and open house and I'm certain we were able to sell our house quickly and for above asking as a result of her help. She helped us rearrange our own furniture to make the most of the floor plan and brought in her own accent pieces to finish off the look, and the end result was stunning.
