My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ordered online on 6/10. Received order on 6/18. ordering, shipping, and product was fine. No issues there. Return Policy issue - Per their return policy, I requested a RMA on 7/15. They responded the order was placed outside the return window. I reviewed their return policy again and confirmed it states 30 days since purchase. In my experience and common business practice is a purchase is not complete until received. It appears they are applying an unusual stance. It would be more appropriate to state or clarify the return window begins when the order is placed. In my case, 8 days of the return window was eaten up with shipping according to their position.

I worked with NY Hardware for over a year while we built two homes in HB. They were always so helpful and made my many hours in the store a pleasant experience. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the time Ashley spent with me over the phone and of course in person at the store. She would make changes and add on’s for me constantly and was such a bright light in a sometimes stressful experience. I will miss her and all of our chats.
