Koko and The Idea Company team helped us bring our longtime vision of an added primary bathroom to life. We consulted with several contractors, though from our initial meeting with Koko, we knew we were in good, organized hands. We love their project management portal for tracking materials, vendors, subcontractors, schedule and changes — all vital elements in bringing so many moving pieces together. When our project hit snags (they all do, with weather, inspections, and material delays since everyone's renovating these days), the team was responsive and made adjustments as necessary to keep the project moving. And, we absolutely love our new space. It breathes new life into our 1960s brick-ranch home, enhancing how we begin and end each day.

The Idea Co. has been our go-to for minor projects and major renovations alike. Whatever the task, the Idea Co. team will give their best -- the size of the task doesn't matter. In recent years, our favorite major renovations were the kitchen and guest bathroom. The kitchen, in particular, was a long time in coming and took much planning. The Idea Co. was with us all the way through the entire process -- from the first rough sketch to the idealized final project. Every team member and sub-contractor was great to work with and gave us the confidence that all would be done well. The bathroom project wasn't on the same scale as the kitchen (which was roughly a 1/3 of the house being remodeled), but every detail was given the needed attention, professionalism, and expertise. Needless to say, when the next project comes to mind, we'll give them a call.

I hired The Idea Company to repair damage to our hardwood floors after our refrigerator leaked. They replaced and stained the damaged hardwoods and refinished the adjacent hardwoods to match. They did a fantastic job! Not only does the floor look great, the Idea Company was excellent to work with. They moved all of our furnishings out of the area and replaced them carefully. They also cleaned thoroughly when they were done. They communicated clearly and the workers were professional. We liked them so much that we have hired them to do other smaller jobs since then and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this company!

The room came out beautiful and the service that was provided far exceeded any expectations that I would have had. Working with builders in the past had me prepared for some bumps in the road.
