We hired Oliver to help us with every aspect of the home building process. He has been very flexible and patient as we have made several changes. I have personally been involved with oak home builders as there masonry contractor for 33 years! I can assure you that oliver kiesel is a tremendous hands on builder that requires perfection from every sub contractor he employs! If you are fortunate enough to have oak home builders build your dream home you will not be disappointed! I have seen OAK Home builders work in many locations in NWA and each design/construction is impeccable. Nothing seems to be "out of the box" when it comes suggestions on designs. The attention to detail they put into there work is beyond impressive. He has always had a sense of urgency on taking care of my needs and I've heard the same from numerous customers. More importantly than quality work is that they are quality people!

After building multiple homes, Tony (OAK homes) was absolutely incredible and we highly recommend! From our early planning to project succession he was timely, on budget, and exhibited superior craftsmanship. We couldn't be more happy with the entire process.

It is our opinion that if you use them you will be in for added stress, time and cost above what is stated in contract. We used them for a remodel that was a total nightmare. Buyer beware. We learned the hard way to get everything in writing and make them put in writing any changes to the original. The contract will state that changes in contract can be both verbal and written. We missed this clause. Make sure to read the fine print. BUYER BEWARE.

This was our first experience in building a home, and we are extremely grateful that we chose O.A.K. Homes as our builder. Oliver Kiesel was vigilant in every step of the building process, and went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable and understood every phase of the project. I made several changes as the house progressed, and I always heard, "Yes, we can do that." from Oliver as well as the other craftsmen. Four things to look for when finding a builder. 1. Communication: From start to finish, we worked together every step of the way so that the end result was exactly the way we imagined it would be completed. Oliver and his team always kept an open mind and it was fun coming up with different ideas together to create an amazing home. 2. Quality: Oliver and his team have a very high standard of craftsmanship. He has a focus on details and uses all of the current technology on the market. 3. Budget: Oliver uses a very easy and open process. All of the costs were clear for every part of the build. He finds the best quality products to fit within your budget. 4. Timeline: There are always unforeseen obstacles along the way when building a home. But in the end the project was finished on time because of O.A.K Construction's diligence and strong work ethic. We would highly recommend Oliver and O.A.K Construction for any project.

OAK has done several projects for us over the last several years including adding an attached garage with exercise/game room in area below garage, master bathroom and bedroom renovation and complete renovation of our lakeside outdoor areas. We have now been able to host large outdoor parties and we even had a lakeside wedding this last summer. The outdoor area includes a large covered kitchen behind our boat house, a fire pit area, and a waterfall. We have enjoyed this area immensely. Oliver and his team have done an awesome job on all areas and they are all so easy to work with! We have recommended OAK to our friends and family in the NW Arkansas area for both new construction and renovations and will continue to recommend them in the futurel
