We still thoroughly enjoy our remodeled bathroom. Within in a year Michael honored his word when a repair was needed. The date of the project may not be exact.

This team did a total remodel of our Master bath. From the start, we felt confident and comfortable with their level of experience and expertise. They listened to our ideas and worked with us to accomplish a contemporary design which created a one-of-a-kind spa/shower that reminds us of an island resort each time we step in. The finish selections throughout are upscale, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every feature. We had fun working with this team and are very happy with our new bath area! On Time Baths provided a master bath renovation that included removal of carpet, vanity with sinks, old hanging globe lamps, wallpaper, ceiling popcorn and a bathtub. They installed a shower with glass doors, changed light switches to rocker switches, tiled the floors in the bath and adjoining walk-in closets and shower surround to the ceiling, and tile wainscotted the water closet, textured and painted the walls and ceiling, painted the doors and switched to new hinges and door handles, installed a custom vanity and new sinks, plumbing, lighting and mirrors. On Time Baths provided the most thorough bid, furnished a designer to guide me though the selection process, had a 3-person guild-quality work crew, and best of all - completed the job in 15 work days. I thought the price was expensive and the job was not without a couple of mistakes, but they were made by the cabinet maker and On Time Baths made sure I was happy with the resolution. I never worried that I was working with anything less than a trust worthy, professional group. I am very happy with the outcome.

On Time Baths redid the shower in our master bath. Michael Hamilton was extremely helpful and patient as we decided on the materials we wanted to use. He and his guys were flexible in working with our schedule. They did an outstanding job. Michael is all about service. He was on site everyday, always checking to make sure things were going as expected. My wife has EXTREMELY high expectations. On Time Baths met all of these and kept her happy. Eighteen months after completion of this project the nut holding the shower drain worked loose, resulted in a leak, and caused a stain on the first floor ceiling. Michael came out right away, determined the problem and had his guys solve the problem and patch/paint the ceiling, at no cost to me. Michael Hamilton is very professional and ethical in his business practice. He provided a detailed quote including all the material, labor and required inspections to install a new bathtub and enclosed shower in our master bathroom. He went above and beyond when the inspection revealed a defect needing correction which was not even part of the bathroom project to insure our house was in compliance. His workers were prompt, professional, cleaned up the bathroom each day and did excellent work. I would not hesitate to use his company again for any of our remodeling projects.

The team did extensive renovation of master bath doing a conversion for disabled use. I was so pleased that later they returned to do updates on 2 other baths and paint almost all of the interior of my home. Work was well-done and workers were easy to have in my house. Any problem was always dealt with professionally. You will like this company, the work, and the people.

On Time Baths was unusual in that the owner spent a lot of time surveying the intended project, talking to me, the owner about what I wanted and what he would suggest, and writing up a detailed proposal before any money changed hands. The proposal was quite specific and broken down into how much each part of the project would cost, given a certain grade of product. For instance, he showed how much he was allowing for the plumbing, tile etc. As it turned out, I chose things that were more expensive, and also made changes during the process, so I payed more than the contract said but all of this was clearly detailed in his invoices. The workers were of high caliber and cleaned up each day before leaving. The owner stopped by almost every day, sometimes twice a day, to check on things and bring needed parts. There were a few mishaps but I never worried that I would be left in the lurch and they were indeed corrected. Since his work involved the services of an electrician, and I was doing other work in the house requiring an electrician, he made sure that the electrician was able to do both jobs at the same time, saving me the cost of another visit. I was happy with how things turned out.

The crew at On time Bath was great. They were respectful of my property, and honest with the price and the time it would take to complete the job. I would recommend Michael and On Time Bath to any of my friends and colleagues who are looking for a Bathroom Upgrade or Remodel

On Time Baths is a very professional group. From the start of our project to the completed finish, we felt like we were working with a very knowledgeable contractor, a talented designer and a very skillful crew. They were very aware of our budget and did their best to provide products and services that were up-to-date, of good quality, yet affordable.
