Just completed an 800 Sqft ADU for our rental property in Los Angeles, we couldn’t be happier with the results! from the first meeting with Jonathan, the agent, he gave us all the information and shared his and the company’s knowledge about the ADU we can build. 9 months after that first meeting we got our final approval from the city and we can start renting it, woo! The process was smooth with the office they always answered and replied to our concerns (this was our first ADU build) Thank you 360Builders team!
