Outlook Construction

Outlook gave us an extremely competitive price right out of the gate and included our house design (saving us thousands in architect fees). Even with some delays due to the weather, Shannon is pushing double time to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. I would recommend to anyone thinking of building.

We built our house on Circle Green Drive in Clarks Summit in 2010 with Outlook construction. Shannon Cross was extremely knowledgeable and organized. The online account system he used at Outlook kept track of upgrades, cost, and timeline of installs. We are extremely happy with our house overall. Our house is approximately 4000 square feet. The house construction was completed on time approximately 6-7 months. We have lived here for 6 years with no major issues or repairs. More importantly, the process went very smoothly and Shannon was honest, fair, and organized. From the beautiful stonework on outside to customized kitchen island, and oversized fireplace mantel, our design changes were incorporated easily. We toured several other builders houses, but I felt overall value and quality from Outlook construction was the best choice for us. Do your own research, tour some models of other builders and compare. Shannon has a standing invite to show our house as a comparison. I am very happy with the decision to use Outlook. I think you will be too.

Construction of primary home in 2007. Shannon and crew are the utmost professionals, and true craftsmen. Since we were so pleased with our home construction, we've used Outlook to build a custom utility shed... and they're currently doing a renovation on our ski chalet.
