My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING !!!! I have hired Pantani for several projects and will continue. I personally recommend them to all. We have been highly satisfied with their work in our dream kitchen, home addition and deck. Their response time was fast. The business owner was very pleasant and helpful. The services provided are very professional. I have more projects coming up and Pantani is the one and only I would hire!! We also personally recommend their plumber. Our experience with Pantani Builders was excellent. They started the job and finished on schedule, were very easy to work with, made good suggestions including some changes to our architects plans that worked out very well. Dennis was very responsive , and all of his workers - concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding, painting, etc - were all thoughtful and professional.

Pantani and Sons successfully completed a residential house lifting project for me. The company did a great job and finished ahead of schedule and at budget. Subcontractors showed up on time and finished as planned. Dennis Pantani answered all of my questions and reacted to any changes or modifications needed. I felt Dennis knew exactly how to get the work done and that anything that came up would be solved to my satisfaction.
