Panther Builders

Panther Builders built our home in 2016. They worked to make the homebuilding process seamless for us. We frequently asked questions throughout the process, asked for quotes on upgrades, made last minute changes, etc. and they never made us feel like a burden. There are additional reasons we enjoyed our homebuilding process with Panther Builders: • Upgrades - Their base package included many upgrades that we would want to see in a home, including 2x6 exterior walls for improved insulation, hard surface counters, Nest thermostat, surround sound, etc. They also did not up charge the upgrades we made to the home. We appreciate that they weren’t trying to hide the prices from us. • Communication- Their communication throughout the building process was outstanding. Whether it was late at night or on the weekend, they were quick to respond within a day, if not the same day. They provided weekly updates on the home building process and were great at meeting the deadline they communicated. They were so positive and encouraging throughout the process and it felt as though they genuinely care about the construction of our home and making sure it exceeded our expectations. • Living Arrangements - We sold our previous home 4 months prior to our new house being complete. They provided our family with no cost living arrangements during the transition. • Flexibility - We were given the freedom to work on the house during the construction process. For example, we built custom shelves in our closets, wired additional speakers throughout the home, and textured and painted the garage. We also appreciated that we had unlimited access to the home during the construction process. • Design Center - They offer a great selection of finishes to choose from. Their staff has a great eye for design and spent many hours with us making sure we were satisfied with our choices. I also appreciate that we had the flexibility to choose finishes outside of what they offered in the design center. For example, I found items online (cabinet hardware, light fixtures, backsplash tile, etc.) that they were able to order. • Financing - We appreciated that they carried the construction loan for the duration of the project. We were extremely impressed with their outstanding customer service and the high quality home they built us and feel that they went above and beyond multiple times in order to meet/exceed our needs. We’ve been beyond satisfied with our decision to build with Panther Builders!
